I go in knowing what I need and I leave buying what I wanted. Couldnt care less if theyre rude or not doing their job because 9/10 I dont need their help. They seem to always be out of stock of Outlaw and Tattoo Liner by KvD whenever I go in. However the cashiers do go above and beyond to get me to order in store but I never feel like waiting (which is dumb because I work at the mall. You would think waiting wouldnt be an issue for me, but, hey, if Im not buying it NOW I dont want it LATER). Shout out to Vicky (I think thats how you spell her name) for always being amazing. Shes the main reason I keep going back. Fantastic service every single time I visit. ♡

Customer service sucks. The girls rather stand in a group yapping instead of assisting their customers. I asked one of the girls to color match me and she said she was going to get someone to help me. No one ever came and when I looked she was standing with the rest yapping and laughing. I walked up to her and handed her my basket with the stuff I had intended to purchase and said, "thank you do much for your help." Im now heading to MAC. Its sad that the main sephora store at this mall is unprofessional.

Horrible experience. Had an appointment for a make over and was told the makeup artist was in route. I specifically explained I was on a tight time schedule. Needless to say, I could not stay for the Artis "in route" and had to attend my function without the make-over. Was very disappointed!

First time in this shop, my first impression great customer service!!I bought some incense and had no idea which ones to buy, there were so many choices but the lady was so nice to help me pick some for my bf.Plus I loved everything they had to sell in their shop.

This store deserves its 4 stars and I love coming in here. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful and you can find the most amazing gifts for anyone. I ordered incense online as Christmas presents and they were delivered wrapped and with handwritten cards!

Went in to get my girlfriend a hello kitty mirror they didnt have it in stock the lady that helped me actually looked for it was very friendly apologized abd offered free shipping if I orsered online. i will def come back to this store
