Very helpful staff. There are usually good deals on frames and coupons available. Had something framed there over the holidays that did not turn out well, but the manager of the framing department went out of his way to get it fixed as quickly as he could and it ended up turning out very well.

When I came in last minute looking for a frame and not seeing any canvas frames I was worried I wouldnt find a solution. Luckily, Alan in framing is very helpful and clearly cares about the customer, he made a frame fit and put all the wires and offsets on for me. A+ service.

Coupons are hard to figure out. "Cant be combined with other discounts" not made clear. Coupons do not mention some exclusions, employees/manager came off as unwilling. Otherwise very well run store.
