Read the fine fine print on the coupons. I had a 40% off any item in the store. There were several items the coupon stated were not applicable to the deal. But everything I tried to use the coupon for wouldnt work. The cashier stated it was from an outside vendor. What item in the store isnt from an outside vendor, I asked? She couldnt answer. Fail!

Please note this store is currently under construction so my review may not longer be valid. The store is small and dated. The aisles are so close together you can barely get one cart down an aisle. The employees are all very friendly and helpful though.

Decent place for some frames or whatever - kind of a maddening atmosphere though. Even though I love crafts , seeing all that craft stuff in one place always gets under my skin for some reason.

Michaels has a wide variety of everything needed to decorate, furnish, be crafty or artistic. Nice employees and great coupons in the paper, online and at the register if you register online.

They have a helpful staff who are willing to take the time so you can get exactly what you came to get, and more importantly, they will have classes on different types of crafts.

They need a few more sales people on the floor. Always seem to have to run around to find someone if I cant find an item. Other then that I enjoy shopping here.
