Extremely rude people, I felt discriminated for my skin color and its uncomfortable because Im Native American and I shouldnt feel ashamed of my color. Asked a lady and a gentleman where could I find some stuff one was like "over there" he could have said "go find it yourself" such a rude attitude. Asked another lady in the back if by any chance they had shoe laces and she said "We dont" but in a very rude way then another lady went to ask her something and she was extremely nice to that person totally the opposite as she was with me. Im extremely disappointed in this store. You guys should have discrimination rules. I think every client should be treated equally. Never going back to this store. I hope a lot of people stop going there. Rude people everywhere.

This store has THE WORST! customer service ever. I called the store to see what my options were for holding an item and the woman that answered cut me off so she could tell me she was going to get someone that could help me. Well 10 minutes on hold later I finally hung up and drove to the store hoping my 1 left in stock item was still available... it wasnt. and when I asked a worker to see if there were any in the store she practically stomped her feet all the way to the item in question. This is not the first time Ive had issues with this store but Im convinced they just dont care about the people who spend their money here. Go to Hobby Lobby.. or online fabric stores for that matter.

If you know what you want and can breeze through without human contact, youre golden. If you need help, in the words of the employee who helped me, "Good freaking luck!" I went to this particular Joann because for two days it showed that this location had the item I wanted in stock. 6 of them. No employee knew what it was or where to find it even with a picture and a SKU. I was informed that inventory was never accurate, even though the website time stamps and reads, "*Inventory is accurate as of 6/21/2017 at 2:19 PM" So basically he said they are probably clearance and wished me luck finding them. Pretty disappointed.

By FAR the WORST customer experience I have EVER experienced at any retail store going all the way back to before I could walk! Not only was the staff aloof and evasive, but lacking simple knowledge of operations. All 3 floor employees INCLUDING the manager were outright RUDE and confrontational, not to mention lacking fundamental retail skills (i.e. simple problem solving, common courtesy, how to use a calculator *seriously*). I have never left a store so infuriated and robbed. The outright disrespect of patrons is baffling. Friends - save your time, money and happiness and go to Hancock or someplace else.

The customer service in the framing department was horrible. After speaking with a few friends they all have stated the same thing. Coming from three different people on different occasion must raise an eyebrow. I will now drive further and pay more to have good customer experience. Cross me, my family, and friend off your customer list. The rest of the store was and is great. Clean and Friendly.

The ladies at the cutting counter are swift and efficient, as are the others working in the store. It is one of the largest Joann Fabric stores in the area and I LOVE it! Thank you for the creative ideas! Also, youll notice that I, like many experienced sewers, designers and seamstresses... often help other shoppers, just because we care, and enjoy hearing about YOUR projects, too!!

Really liked this Jo-Anns Fabric location. Very nice and helpful staff. The lines were very long (such is life during the holidays) but staff did not get frustrated with the amount of people asking them questions and were constantly answering peoples questions and helping us find what we needed. Great holiday staff!

Lots of fabric options. I never go here though during "coupon commotion". They give 50% off and 60% off coupons on any regular priced item but when you get to the store everything you would want to take 60% off of is already on sale so you cannot use your coupons. Its always super frustrating.

Its everything a happiest needs the quality over there fabric and then Yarns are very good. I live I have a lot of hobbies I do and I find everything there that I need and the coupons sign up for the coupons or go on your phone youll get fantastic

I love Joanns and this store is great, but I hate that you cant get very good cell phone service inside the store. I always use mobile coupons and if I forget to pull up the coupon before I go in it takes forever to pull up their coupons.

Has anything you could ever need for making any craft project. Staff is very helpful and friendly. There are always decent coupons online and in the paper as well if you are looking for more savings.

Great selection but way over priced. Paid 120$ to make 3 small throws. Could buy them made 3 times over for that price. Just a few cuts of fleece that we tied the ends to make the throw.
