I love this store because it has great fabric at the best prices. But the best part about a visit is the wonderful staff. They are always friendly and ask what you are working on and they are extremely helpful. I bought some fabric here and had a problem with the pattern that I couldnt figure out. I took the pattern and the half-sewn garment in and Evonne and Shelby both walked me through it. They just couldnt have been nicer and made a project that was really frustrating doable. This is old-fashioned service that is people oriented. There arent many fabric stores left in Menomonee Falls but Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts Outlet is the real deal.

Good choices but customer service is rubbish! Went in at 6pm. They dont closer till 9. Picked two fabrics, got to the register and they arent marked as the wall states. She then tells me that offer doesnt start till tomorrow. NO WHERE DOES IT SAY THAT!! Not apologetic, Rude. All i got back was "well that doesnt start till tomorrow". As if it was my fault? Not returning to this Jo-Anns. Dont put out offers if they havent even started yet!!

A great, well stocked store with helpful staff. Unfortunately, on a Friday morning, with lots of shoppers, only one fabric cutter. With six bolt-laden buyers ahead of me in line, I had to leave the slow moving line, return the bolts, and be on my way. Too bad. Hope this is not a recurring problem

As a crafter, this store is a must for me. This location is nicer than the last Falls location, but it is still pretty small. Most of the staff are great and helpful. What says is in stock on the site doesnt always match up to store stock.

Nice Jo-Anns. Theyre all pretty much identical, so as long as its clean and well stocked its good. The parking lot is a bit tight but there are always spots in the back. Great place to stop of youre going to Woodmans from downtown.

Pretty good selection - and good prices/coupons available. My only complaint is the quality of some of the jewelry making supplies are sub-par.
