I came here looking to just ask a few general questions about repairs needed to old gaming hardware I own, hoping that someone at the store would know enough to help me. I was not disappointed, and found that not only did the person I spoke with know what I was talking about, they offered suggestions for resolution (including their own services at a reasonable cost), and were generally pretty friendly and conversationally adept. Via this conversation, I decided to purchase new hardware as well (a Nintendo DS), and was pleased with the purchase. The device ended up working great, aside from a minor issue with the screen movement, and I was happy with my purchase and with the experience as a whole. Just based on my experience here, I would recommend this place as an alternative to big-name stores like Best Buy or Gamestop if you are looking for video games, card games, or other such materials.
