I dont know about the calling, but their in-store service is great, they have 2 or 3 people there to help and they keep you up to date on gaming news and also have lots of information to help you with all systems, games, and other information. Just because you people dont like getting out of your houses or come in at ridiculous times then blame them shows how unsocial you are.

If you call you will instantly be put on hold and not spoken to again. Clerks are completely inept. Id rather buy games from anywhere and pay double price than go to this crap hole.

GameStop have very very terrible customer service to returning customers. They always trying to give you way way lesser than what you bout in they store for on a trade or cash back

Open at 12:30 on Sunday despite saying they open at 11 IF you can get them on the phone. If you show up at 11 they will call mall security on you.
