I took in around a dozen games for trade, some in which I bought there. When I originally bought them I paid more than $40 for them. Some xbox, wii, and ps3 games. When the guy said it would take some time to go through them to figure out a total and I said that was fine. Well about 15 minutes later after he was done he offered me $2.60 for all the games. They were super busy so I just said fine. After I thought about I wish I would have just gave them to anybody willing to take them. I will never go back again and dont recommend going there to trade anything in thinking you will be treated fairly. I am sure they will turn around and sell those games for the same price when I originally bought them. I wish I could give less than a one star rating. They are such shysters.

Horrible customer service, I went in to get some games from them the other day to trade in for store credit, and I asked the guy to look at my games and his response why"lets see if your id shows up, thats if he even shows up" that pissed me off, then I went to turn in the games after they said I could and they turned around and said "we cant take these" dont go here its such a waste of time go to the GameStop in the mall they are fair and have great customer service

Have a nice selection of current gen and last gen titles. The employees are very nice, and are very helpful. Unfortunately though, there are not too many good retro games. Its a shame because I cant get started on my n64 collection with sports games. Not to say there are never good games, its just very rare to see big titles like Majoras Mask, Starfox, Luigis Mansion, Contra, etc. (No pun intended)

Kitano Does Stuff

The employees are pretty fond on whats in at the moment, and Im not nervous to approach them as Id usually be with anyone else. The game selection isnt mediocre but it may be a bit of an issue if you attempt in buying something retro. All-in-all, the place is very friendly and easy find your way around. I suggest you give it a go for the games of today.

I only shop at Video Games Ect. for my video games.. I have always had great customer service and there is always someone around to answer my questions. They have a great selection of games although I have a Super Nintendo and they need a better selection. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Knowledgeable staff, good selection, and a bit more flexible as a local store (small chain) makes this a much better experience that the mega chain type stores.
