I bought a Xbox one system and the next day I came back to get some games to go with it, and I looked up and one of the employees was looking through some cracks at me, then he kept passing by so I didnt say anything to him I went ahead and got in line to pay for my things and as I get to the register I look up and the police and the managers or who ever that stands by the door was watching me too, so my guess is he called to the front after I left to tell the people to watch and see if I pay for my games,, its sad to say that all of them was white men and I am a different race and 4 months pregnant,, never again will they have my service I spent over 500 hundred dollars with them, never again I felt so worthless and I didnt call back in the store because I knew nothing will ever be done about that,

I dont have a problem with best buy but I just want to warn customers thinking about going to this particular one. Going there was the worst experience I have had at a retail store. The yellow shirt guy at the door is by far the most rude person I have ever met. He would purposefully ignore customers and even poke fun at them as the walked away. The other employees passing by would take part as well. I was in shock as I stood there being ignored feeling sorry for the other people he was making fun of and ignoring. Seems like the management is to blame here, the store in general was not a good atmosphere. Its worth driving a couple of miles to the next best buy.

Being an I.T. guy, I know what Im looking for when I go in here. I have been coming to this store for the past 3+ years and I can say the current staff is shining compared to what was there when I first started going. Most of the time I go in there now, I am going for the Samsung kiosk and staff. They are great, and friendly people! While I have been an I.T. guy for the better part of 2 decades, there are some things about Samsung phones and tablet ts that elude me. Never once has the Samsung people ever made me feel belittled or dumb. They took time to explain and help with a smile and courteous customer service!

The lady in the returns department was rude! She was nicer to the white customers I noticed and gave my mother and I attitude when I asked her about being charged extra for something. Her name is Tracy and she is an older white wiman with glasses and brunette hair . Tracy shouldnt be working with customers if she is going to act hostile when asked a question .

Was working with a young lady and I decided on a laptop. One of the guys offered to grab it for her. He did not tale the tag and he brought the wrong laptop over. Did not discover the mistake until I got home. (I live an hour away) went back to exchange and only recieved an apology. Idiots. Brad the manager on duty was not very helpful either.

These other ratings are garbage. I walked in to this Best Buy and in seconds someone asked me how I was doing. I walked to the video game area and there I was asked if I had a question or needed help. This is a great store, customers were being helped in other areas people were friendly and Battlefield 3 was only $20 today!!!!!

The store itself was somewhat worn down. There was not much of a selection it seemed - especially not for phone accessories. They appeared to be understaffed and the cashier was far from curtious. However, when I returned with an issue about my purchase the manager was very kind. She did everything she could to assist me.

You can tell its purposely understaffed during the week and it is a slow time of year. My only complaint is out of the staff they have only 2 people offered to help me after 30 minutes of trying to get someones attention. Older lady at the help desk lets just say you can tell "she loves her job" not!!

I purchased a washer and dryer to be delivered last Saturday. When I bought it, I asked for all parts needed and installation. They showed up today (the next Tuesday) after not showing up on Saturday, didnt have a necessary part and forgot to schedule the installation. That will take another 3 days.

What a beautiful place with tons of tech stuff. The problem is that the customer service is HORRIBLE! Very few people know their departments in the evening time schedule. After getting zero help with tablets, we were ready to buy the new VR and not one person in the store knew anything about it.

The manager is extremely helpful but after being treated rudely by an apathetic employee I was quickly turned off. And with such a large mobile dept you would think you could find a phone other than Samsung or Apple. But maybe the aforementioned pay best buy to keep it that way.

I have to agree with the review titled "Awful". Ive never gone out of my way to write a review on google maps before, but after multiple experiences with this bestbuy I have concluded it is one my least favorite place to buy electronics or anything for that matter.

I dont know what was going on this day but I had to stand back there in the Apple section for over 20 minutes before anybody would come to see if I needed any help with anything even at that I had to raise my voice and to ask if anybody working today

I have visited this store multiple times, mainly for the Samsung techs. Every time they really treat me like an important customer. When looking around it is very easy to have the staff help you make well informed decisions about purchases as well.

We went to get my husband a replacement for his note 7 until the recall was fixed they were very rude saying if we dont feel threatened by the phone to keep it. They took his number to call when the new ones came in, but nobody ever called.

ALSO HAD BAD SERVICE. EMPLOYEE ANSWERED ONE QUESTION AND THEN DISAPPEARED WHILE I WAS TRYING TO CHOOSE BETWEEN TWO PRINTERS. NEVER DID RETURN SO AFTER WAITING 15 MINUTES CARRIED PRINTER TO REGISTER AND ASKED ANOTHER EMPLOYEE TO HELP.

Terrible, unskilled , rude!! Went to get new phone, after an hour and half and they deleting contents, went home with a phone with all passwords gone then tried to blame it on me! No thanks Best Buy, Ill shop elsewhere!!!
