One of the best video games stores around. Friendly employees and management. Ive been going to this store 5 years. I had a bad experience with the old store manager over a year ago and decided I was not going to shop at this store anymore. Living close to this store it got very annoying to go out of my way to not there so I finally caved and decided to give it another try. Let me tell you it was one of the best decisions I have made. I was greeted and helped right away as I walked through the door. After comparing to what I was used to in the past the current store is way better. You can actually find the games and movies you are looking for. It is cleaner and the display cases are organized. The employee that helped me was friendly showed me what section I needed to be in for what I was looking for and gave me some recommendations on what games I might like. I found out later that he was the store manager and was very impressed with the young man. They have a great selection of new and old school games and have about any cord or system you might want or need. I suggest stopping by and giving this place a try.

Today, for the first time, I have regretted going into a Game Exchange. I probably will never return to the one on University again because of "Lazy/Rude Tommy". Tommy is BEYOND rude and unprofessional. He REFUSED to speak to me (the customer) even after I spoke to him, placed my money on another counter, though, I was standing in front of him when he did finally assist me, then he slammed the money on the counter in front of me because I refused to go fetch my own money. He did not even say "Thank you", "Have a nice day " or even "Kiss my a--". He went further to tell me he did not "care" if I reported him to corpoate either. I have called corporate 3 times today without a response. No wonder these employees are worthless, such as Tommy. Their management seems to be as well.

I just gave my son an "iPod 3G" and we wanted to update it. I was informed by my 14yr old son that it was an 2G and the employee at the Benton At location who was older than 14yrs old informed me that it was a 3G. I think my son should go to work for them because it was VERY embarrassing to me. If I dont get what I was told I am you g to stand in front of the Benton At location with a sign telling everyone that this place is a fraud. And if I have to I will do it every day until I get what I was told.

Visited the store tonight to trade in a game and purchase 2 other games, one of the employees were very rude. They had rechargeable batteries for my controller but no charging cords. A lot of the games dont have the original cases so you get a store brand case. And a lot of the used games were being sold overpriced. A lot of the ones sold in the store you could find on eBay for half of the cost. Paid $20 for the Force Unleashed for the 360, and its sold on eBay anywhere from $5-15.

Staff is helpful for the most part, decent prices on the games I brought in to sell large selection of tv show seasons. But also give the new 3D games at the mall and tell them Coty sent you usually will give top dollar over game exchange but has a little less inventory of old games

Called the store to see if they had a movice I was looking for. They had it. I asked to "PAY IN ADVANCE" with a credit card so I could pick it up tommorow. Its about 45 minutes over there from my place. The guy said no, we dont do that! Ill find somewhere else to buy it. Thanks

Their computers keep going down. They are being lazy and dont want to write things by hand. If i was working their i would do anything to fulfill customers needs. So they need to start writing. Its hot and people are burning gas!!!!!!!!
