I love this place. The person I typically buy from, Eric (who I believe is the owner), is wonderful. I live in N.E. Minneapolis and am willing to take the 30 minutes drive out there just to visit and do business with them. Theyre incredibly personal. Theyre so friendly and warm that its a hard to NOT want to purchase something from them. I even brought in a copy of a game called E.V.O. just to have them authenticate them and they did it for no charge and some places do it for a price. Solid place, completely fair prices and friendly staff. I know I will be coming here from now on.

Terrible service. Terrible attitudes. They sell junk. Treat customers very bad. Rude, and inappropriate. Claims to be the opposite of what they represent, but Ive had multiple transactions that have went south. The first couple were alright, but the last 2 times I was in there, I was refused a return on a defective item, and heard the owner (if you can call that adult child that) cursing, and making fun of my nephew (who is 11). Was not directed at us, but was loud enough we could all here.

Personally, this place is the best video game store Ive ever been to. It has great support, great people, and a huge selection. This place is definitely worth a try, and if you dislike something, like me, theyll fix it. For example, I recently bought a Playstation One from them, it had a coaxial video cable. A week later, I brought it to them and they swapped it out for free. Awesome support!

Walked in with a friend, my friend was recognized by the owner, who was playing Mario bros on a Nintendo in the little game room they have *priceless*.... pretty much youre classic, and awesome game store, would probably live here if I could..... oh and not to mention, they base their prices off of gamestop, but the difference is they arent a$$holes like the game stop guys!

Fantastic Game Store! Great deals on a whole selection of games from Gameboy to Xbox One but i wouldnt recommend selling games there they offer a horribly low amount of money. I tried selling about 10 PS2 Games some of them were worth a bit of money and I was offered $8. But other than that I highly recommend! Oh did i mention they have a gnarly play room/rec room!

My family has now had two awful experiences with the same guy (who is one of the owners) at this place - He has no idea what good customer service is and despite having shopped here many, many times, after this last experience (which included him swearing in front of a child) we will never go back. Dont give this place your money - they dont deserve it.

Punch Out is a mediocre gaming store, their selection is very limited for newer games. If youre looking for more retro stuff, then its a great store. They cater more to the retro, and card game crowd. The times I was in there I couldnt find anything I was interested in. All around mediocre store, cant compete against GameStop.

They arent open when they say they are open. Waited an hour passed their stated opening time infront of the store this morning with no one in site. Tried calling a few times to see if anyone was in the building, but no answer and they had a full voicemail box. I guess Im not the only one passed off today!!!

Best customer service i have received anywhere in recent times. Go in and its a fun atmosphere; you feel like a friend not just a customer. They always want you to walk out happy and the deals you can work out are like none other. If you can make it out to punch out do your self a favor and do so!

This is a great gaming store find!!! Friendly environment, its own gaming room with two TVs and with one console hooked up to each set. Great selection, clean, organized, and mostly fair prices!! If you live close by, this place is definitely worth a try!! I wouldnt mind coming back here again!!

All their Pokemon games are way overpriced. $40 for a copy of Ruby or Sapphire, or even the gen 1 games? Ridiculous. I just paid $25 for a copy of Ruby less than a week ago. Their selection of games is weak. Was not worth the time and distance I drove to visit the store. Highly disappointed.

Amazing store. I love the amount they have in stock for the systems I love like my GameCube, PS2 and SNES! I live all the way in California but that doesnt stop me from shopping online from them and them alone. My games come to me fast and in top quality!

Pretty good local place. Sells a range of games, magic cards, and consoles. Game inventory for the PS4 and Xbox One can be incredibly scarce and filled with garbage, but the visual theme and tone of the place as well as trade-in value make up for it.

Good selection, especially on old gaming consoles and games. Nothing to brag about for their magic the gathering selection. And theres been a few incidents with the staff giving very poor and unprofessional service to their customers.
