The bald dude was completely rude, made me feel incompetent when asking questions regarding PS4s. Patronized me, and made me feel like a child. It wasnt busy at all either. He would cut me off mid sentence when asking questions. Overall very displeased. The only reason this gets a two star is because the kid working there (he had tattoos) kept chiming in to help us, and was very nice. This is the first review Ive ever written, usually just pass it off, but really unacceptional service.

Even if the staff is busy and stressed, they still try to smile be polite and do their best. Retail work is not always fun and these guys seem to always have it under control. The store has a great selection of games and the staff knows their stuff, and if they arent sure they will be up front and say they havent tried it but will tell you what they have heard from others.

Bald guy seemed to not car much to help me and just chill there, other guy didnt have eye co.tact and tossed my games to me instead of handing them to me, must be a racist store. I wad there ladt night. Now its 12/13/16 @10:26 a.m. and they still aint open, what kind of management is this?

Staff are great and knowledgeable. Prices are good. Offer peanuts for trying to sell items but better for them to use it instead of taking up space on my shelf. Super helpful.

I just bought a gta 5 game I had it in the past I just bought a new one today and it fn broke it doesnt work when I turn it on it crashes I suggest u not going there

I really like this location above others. Staff is helpful and they dont rush you. I would say this location goes above and beyond what normal GameStops would.
