I literally just called the office and male answered the phone by saying, "Kill yourself." and then a girl named Kelly giggled and proceeded to answering my call and ask me what I needed. I asked her a question about whether or not Id need an appointment to drop off a large donation and she seemed to think I hung up or that she hung up because my question was never answered, I could hear her in the background giggling and talking with coworkers, despite the fact that I said, "Hello?" Several times. My partner then called immediately back on his phone, got Kelly again, and she answered his question. Maybe next time we are a little more professional and make sure weve actually hung up the phone OR if someone is still on the line. Thanks.

I really love this gw. They are so nice and the donation process is easy to drive up to and they are fast and take care of carrying your boxes and bags of donations for you. They also will help you if you need twine or rope if you are taking something with you that you cant fit into your vehicle. They have a great array of products, more high end than others Ive been to.

With the last few visits to this location its clear they need some organization. Poor use of much of the space makes it crowded. Why move the DVDs to the furniture area? They were perfect along the front wall. Someone should cull the merchandise....broken items will never sell. I adore Goodwill...I wish this store was on-par with the others.

Good selection that is always being replenished. Only downside is parking is a nightmare on weekends! Also the store get so packed it can be hard to find what youre looking for. But the employees are always nice and friendly and willing to help.

Visited this store today looking for a table. We found a small parking lot overflowing with cars, making it very hard to park anywhere. I suppose this is good, that they are busy, but they should probably plan for more customers in the future.

Cleaner than most local GW locations, inexpensive and good selection. Dont waste your time looking at the cases you can get 99% of that garbage brand new at a lower cost elsewhere

prices are getting high. theres specific items you could buy them brand new from store for the same price or cheaper. its donation(Free) you should lower your price.
