I love to shop and donate to Goodwill. There is only one location that I will try to avoid since today is 1211 e Rand rd Arlington Heights IL. Customer service including the manager are very rude people. Good Will make profit on peoples donation. They do have return policy. I was not able to make return with receipt price labels purchased day before just because my purchase was made in Northbrook. They treated me with very bad manners. I will never shop or donate to that store ever again. With their attitude goodwill is loosing buyers and people who donate. Good thing the Salvation Army is just next door. They have no return policy and great staff!!! Will always donate to Salvation Army!!!

I was so impressed with the organization of this Goodwill. Everything organized by size and color and it was so clean. Found some great brands. Like new jeans $5, like new shirt $4, everything I saw was reasonably priced.

Dirty place the prices are too high very rude people that shop there!! The store personal will put high dollar amounts next to garage sale sticker-- like garage sale price .50 cents and their new price is $5.00!!!

This is a nice Goodwill. They always have interesting things. You know I donated the rest of my clothes, shoes and even a briefcase from my former life here. Nice salespeople and it is a neat store!

GREAT PLACE! Very clean for a Second Hand clothes. Please keep it this clean not like savers that was dirty, dusty and odor smelling which closed. Great people working their too!

Almost got kicked out because I left a cart of items that I couldnt afford atm.....because Im poor. They also dont do holds. Very difficult. Clean. Great place for furniture.
