Horrible Customer Service. My first interaction with them was great. When I went to run a second print job, the business card typing came out illegible. They printed 2000! Why would they not stop the print and let me know that you cant even read the writing on the business cards? Then, when I complained, they told me that it was my fault, even though I gave them the same type of file as the first print which turned out just fine. I was willing to give them another try. We got the formatting fixed and the third time was better. However, they now expect me to pay for 2,000 business cards that I cant use. When I called to talk to them, they hung up on me. Seriously!? I was calling to pay my bill, even though I was not pleased with the results, we were polite throughout the whole process, and they hung up on me! So rude.
