The staff is always friendly and helpful ... They are quick to offer to carry my heavy cartons to or from the store and they always have a smile ... and apologize if they are busy and can t get to me right away. I have observed them helping other customers and they are just as great with walk-ins as well ... and suggest better packaging solutions to those who come in and are not sure what to buy to pack their shipment. In these days of so called "free shipping" promos from online retailers, people come to expect "free" or "cheap" shipping ... WE all know there is no such thing as "free" anything - someone always pays one way or the other. As for the guy complaining about the cost of shipping ... This is a service that pretty much takes your package from door to door ... who do you think does the work? Some squirrel who works for peanuts or free? Who pays for the vans and trucks to haul your package across town or across the state or the USA? Who pays for the truck maintenance, tires? Gas? Insurance? Big sorting centers? Drivers? You think these people work for free to give you the convenience of having your package shipped and delivered? Really, $15? If $15 is an issue for you - opt for the inferior US Mail delivery at $11 or $13 for priority mail. I have to laugh at this ... They gripe about paying for a service of convenience for $10 or $15 but every day they drink one or two Starbucks at $5 a pop and then pee it out at the next potty break but that is not too expensive to pay for???? Get real. I stand by my 5 Stars and the good value of knowing my package is being shipped to someones front door for a few measly bucks.

Who hired this rude lady? I have been here twice to use the Notary and she is an extremely cold and bitter woman. She is EXTREMELY rude and condescending. Here is an example of our conversation: Rude Lady: "This says you need 2 witnesses, not just 1 witness" Me: "Yeah they said the notary could be the second witness." Rude Lady : "NO! I CANNOT! It is impossible for me to notarize my own signature." Me: "OK..geez. Just leave it blank then." Rude Lady: "NO! Signatures cannot be left blank." Me: "OK. Can you other girl working here be the second witness then?" Rude Lady: "Ha ha. No she cannot." Me: "I guess I wont ask why not. Can you just line through it then?" Rude Lady: "Fine but then it means this whole document might be invalid and you STILL have to pay for the notary even if it doesnt count." Who talks to customers like this? I understand having a bad day but she acted like this both times I was there. I wont be back a third time.

I am a mobile notary and I ship confidential information & when I asked to watch the red headed guy with glasses put the label securely on the next day air envelope he seemed insulted. I did let him know it was because it was confidential. I dont care if they say they deal with confidential things. Asking for the label to be attached to my package in front of me is a given. I should not be made to feel pushed away. Especially since there was no one else in the store until I was leaving. Btw - when it is not done in front of me packages have been lost. Why Ups stores dont let you put your own preprinted label on with the sticky pockets on the front is beyond me. They have free envelopes but you have to ask for them & they look at you like your speaking another language or setting.

I went into this store to send off a package to samsug in texas and was prepared to tape it before sending and putting the prepaid 2nd day air on the package with tape and I didnt have to. I didnt even have to ask for a receipt they asked me if I needed one and then handed it to me and I was out the door in no time. Real fast service just what I like. The minute you walk in and they see you they greet you, Wow! Wish all places were like that. Yes they are doing a favor and do it fast. Maybe that one guy below just had a bad hair day and didnt like anything anywhere. But dont go on just one negative review like his. Ive been there more than once and each time had excellent service and really liked the place. Im sure alot more have also.

I have been customer of this location before it was a UPS Store. For more than 15 years The UPS Store of Mill Creek has routinely exceeded my expectations on service. I have come to think of the staff as an extension of my consulting firm and administrative assistance. After moving my business out of the area I have kept my business at the Mill Creek location (>30 minutes out of my way) because they provide the reliable friendly service I havent experienced anywhere else throughout the history of my company. Definitely worth the drive!

I use this UPS Store primarily for dropping off pre-postaged UPS packages, print jobs and also Notary Public. Im typically in-and-out quickly. Print jobs have usually been a struggle for a variety of reasons, but they have compensated that for me by offering it for free when there was a screw up. The staff is friendly and the location and parking is great.

This is not owned by UPS. It is ultra expensive. A one pound box shipped to MI cost 19 dollars. Do a bit of research on the web and you will find the same type of complaint.
