WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. UPS delivered the same package twice to my house incorrectly despite me writing Return to Sender/Not at this address. This place has the audacity to yell at me for crossing off their barcodes & then telling me he must now "THROW THE PACKAGE IN THE TRASH" because there is no barcode. Or "ill make the driver throw it in the trash. You can leave now. Im done talking to you." Im sorry, youre telling me this is a shipping location not drop off location...then SHIP it back to the sender. I didnt cross off any tracking #s and there is a visible return address. Reprint an appropriate barcode-common sense? Do they not print labels with barcodes there to ship away? If you dont want your packages thrown in the trash, dont come here!!

I was returning an Amazon purchase with a preprinted label. I didnt know if this store accepted mailing services so I called them and asked. The response I received was, "This is a mailing store so that is what we do." That was rude and unprofessional. Then I stopped by later that night to drop off my package and waited a few minutes without anyone asking me for help so I went to drop it down a mailer "hole" in the counter and then instantly someone said "No, it doesnt go there, " and took it from me. I wont be coming back here again.

Love these guys. They have handled my mail for 13 years. Complex situation, because Ive run multiple businesses in multiple states. Lots of stuff to keep track of. So all bills come to this location, and its mailed to my Seattle office. It would theoretically be more practical for me to use a UPS store closer to my office. However, I had bad experiences with a store in Phoenix (it has now changed hands) so I treasure their efficiency and excellent service price. These folks are very reliable. Highly recommended.

Not knowledgeable in business needs. I called for a quote and was reassured they could handle my shipping and packaging needs. After driving down to the store the employee then quoted me a different price and had no clue on how to help me. The manager was extremely rude and didnt offer ANY help, he didnt even try. All he did was point to a machine and said, "here". Not helpful at all and I wont be coming back. I feel bad for his employees and anybody that walks in there.

Extremely rude and unhelpful chinese person, who owns this store. I dont know whats about him and his attitude, but instead of being helpful he somehow manages to act arrogant and irritating, instead of clarifying things he managed to give me lectures. Everyone, lets not give business to rude people. Will NOT recommend this location! I prefer by all means the location in Redmond, those guys are really great and helpful.

I came in today with a large complicated order, multiple addresses, packages, etc. They were courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and this was the fastest Ive ever been in and out of a UPS Store when shipping to Canada. Fantastic. Will definitely be shipping out of this location as long as Im working in the area.

Bad customer services...Feeling wasting my time every time I went there. Do a recommendation here for a service called Kiwiship. No more label printing, box hunting, standing in line or guessing the best rate. Time to say goodbye to UPS store.

The guy needs a lesson in customer service. He found impossible to let me finish a sentence. When I asked to be heard out - he said he was just trying to help me. Its hard to help someone if you dont listen to what they are asking.

The owner made me pay $2 to print a shipping label, then made me pay $9 to box up my tablet for a return even though Samsung paid for it in advance
