Well my experience is still happening, we waited in line while the attendant was rude to other in front of us. Once it was our turn to have a simple notary stamp done. We were informed that we now had to wait in a different line for the same attendant. He then picked and chose his way through the people waiting. He then stopped serving people in one line after moving others ahead. I am now reading Google reviews out loud and myself and other customers are openly discussing the unacceptable service being provided by the employee who is present. He is just ignoring us and very slowly with no sense or urgency going about rudely addressing the customer at his desk. If you have any other options please for your own good take your business elsewhere. (I want to point out that Im a slow typer and I have typed this whole review and not a single customer has been served)

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The man behind the counter (he would not tell me his name) was visibly angry and yelled at me throughout my entire visit. He packaged my shipment without telling me the price and then threw my box across the counter and told me to get out when I told him I didnt know that they charged for boxes. I told him I would pay whatever the box price was but that I wished he had told me before. He screamed at me to get out and threw my box to the back of the store. I doubt the contents survived. He was more than yelling, he was screaming and trying to intimidate me. I left the store shaking. DO NOT go to this location!

In the past, I went to UPS Store Renton Landing. Today, since I am looking for the other location, I realize that I can write a review for this store. I had good experience with this store until two weeks ago. A guy who is around 30 and it was my first time to meet him. This guy asked me to bring my own tape. Also, he purposely talked loud and said, "if no tape next time, I will charge you fee for tape." The problem is that I only used him one piece of tape, but he was really bad to me. Now, I dont want to see this guy, so I have to find the other location.

Really Poor Customer Service. Didnt appreciate the attitude nor the "All the market can bear" pricing. "Thats what the prices have been for the last 2 1/2 years!" doesnt work for a UPS customer thats been around longer than the store has. We got the impression that they were not interested in or looking for new customers.

The worst. They never ship on time. They always take your package when not home and then drive it around for DAYS with other dispatchers...its like impossible to ever receive your items. If you ever have a time sensitive package to be delivered, do not, DO NOT depend on the local UPS system and their employees to do so.

Great place! The staff has always been helpful! I have a PO box there and love it! I get notified when my packages come in which is great. If you shop online a lot I would suggest getting a box here so your package is safe when it arrives and youl know. It may be more than USPS but its a better service.

Very rude old man works here. This store will not accept UPS account numbers. Tells me I have to print it out at home myself a full service franchise store cannot do the same? You have to be joking me there is a reason I only use FedEx

This store is located right on my way home off Exit 5 [I-405] and its with all the cool new stores in the Landing, food and Gym and packages hmm... They pack anything with great care.
