Lynn, Thanks for nothing and pardon the long post. I was talking to a manager because the Sony Picture Station has a horribly slow interface selecting the photos I wanted to print. I had over 1300 pictures(post edited and sorted) from my vacation and wanted to print around 200 from a specific folder and the computer doesnt sort by folders... it forces me to go through ALL of my photos, starting in the beginning, alphanumeric file order in rows of 5x5 pictures and it takes 8 seconds to switch to the next 5x5 rows of pictures... so the manager assisted me by letting me transfer pictures over to another USB flash drive on their computer to print a bulk selection. The manager was nearby just in case I needed help. Then came along Lynn, a short lady across the counter asking in a condescending matter "EXCUUSE ME. What are you doing?!", when I was using the computer. I explained to her the circumstances and she says "Are these your flash drives?". I told her one is mine and the other one was lent to me by another staff member. Lynn kept interrogating me about the files on the flash drive: "Were those pictures on there before you used the drive?", "WELL, we are not supposed to do that because it violates store policy... YOU didnt know because youre just a customer." I thought that was the last Id hear from her but the Sony Picture Station had some print head alignment issues on a couple pictures so I asked for a refund so I can reprint them and she immediately said "Maybe its your camera", which is personally insulting because I know my Nikon D90 is a very reliable camera which I worked hard for, were dealing with sentimental pictures and I -expletive- reviewed each picture before transferring them from the camera to the USB flash drive. The reason I printed some of my pics there is the Picture Stations produces vibrant results on quality paper where a photo print station from Fred Meyer, though cheaper and quicker to select files only produces a little better than mediocre results which I compared them personally. I just happened to need assistance and just one person ruined my experience.

My rating is for the printing service, which is just awful. None of their printers could connect to the Dropbox servers, despite all three having options to. Nor could any of them read the USB jump drive that I brought, which had been tested on two workstations before I left for their location. I eventually remoted into my workstation at home through my phone and emailed the PDF file to the FedEx email and print address, which worked very well--except that the printers scaled up the image in the document so it was too big (I tested printing the document at home multiple times, and it printed perfectly on an inkjet printer). There werent any options available on the printer touchscreens to adjust the size, all of that was locked down. The employees behind the counter said that Id have to use one of the design workstations (at $0.45 a minute) to try and scale it down, even though it was FedExs printer configuration that was causing the issue. Or they said that they could change the scaling, starting at $16. $16 to change the printing size of the document?!? A basic function of a printer? I eventually gave in and "rented" one of the design workstations, which consistently popped up a timer that warned me with my expiration time--twice would have been ok within the course of seven minutes. A popup for every single minute was distracting and extremely frustrating, especially since I was having to pay for something that FedExs equipment was screwing up in the first place. All of this just to use a laser printer. I eventually gave up and left, and I still didnt have a print out of what I wanted in the first place. Awful prices, awful service, just awful all around.

They need a much larger location with more parking!!! Shipping is great. The staff is very helpful. If you need to fax watch out. They only have 2 fax machines. Why? Maybe they dont get the fact that they have out of town customers. How many hotels are in a 3 miles radius? Not to mention home office users needing to fax!! The 2-fax machines are going to go out any day. Its been this way for weeks. The staff doesnt seem to care that they say replace drum soon. Meaning they jam up and eat documents. To be safe make copies before sending them via fax. The parking lots full most of the time. Go late night if you want to be able to get a spot and fast service.

I dread having to use this place, but every other FedEx Kinkos is a long drive away. If I submit an online order, its usually 15 minute wait to get help to pick it up because theres only one person at the front desk, even though there are usually 3 or 4 staff standing in the back chatting with each other. Then its another 20 minutes because the person doing checkout cant figure out how to run the cash register. If Im there for a simple copy job, I usually find the copiers out of staples or toner, or with no paper available...which leads to another 15 minute wait to get someone to find more paper. This place is just bad. Find another copy center if you can.

I just receive the most rude service on multiple occasions at this location. There are always people standing idle but not stepping up to help the people who are in line. They "say" they are sending your package yet cannot find the package when you are looking for it. I honestly think the employees are stealing the contents of packages here. I sent something for return exactly a week ago and they say they cannot find the package and phone customer service says it was never sent. Crooks, the entire bunch of them. Except the older lady...shes the hardest worker there. Sadly, they have lost mine and my family business forever over this crap.

I live in a very metropolitan area (South Seattle) and I have to drive ~10-25 minutes depending on traffic to get to the closest FedEx drop off and then its another 10-15 minute wait to get to the counter, and all I want is to hand them my prepaid package. I have been here twice now to drop off packages that already had shipping labels. There was a very long line this past visit and before that, a short line with only one staff person, so it still took >10 min. There has to be a better way to work with FedEx as an individual.

This place sucks!!! RUDE SERVICE!! I had questions on shipping an item and the incompetent and blatantly rude staff at the front counter, including one who calls himself Sherman, were extremely rude, belittling, and sarcastic!! Extremely lazy staff who likes to text message when there are customers who are waiting to be helped or look confused and have questions. These guys need to be FIRED!!! They give FedEx a bad name OMG!!!

Customer service in this place is null and void, older lady at the front desk is rude as all get out. Acts like youre their on her time vs. a customer paying for THEIR SERVICE! Never met print deadline and just flat out the worse customer service ever encountered...far from surprised after seeing the ratings on here. If you need something printed, take it some place else!!!! Never again!!!!
