Unbelievable attitude and ineffective service. Walked in around 10:30 p.m. one night to pack a box before leaving on a redeye flight a few hours later. The one worker behind the counter seemed utterly perturbed that he would need to serve a customer in an otherwise empty store. I asked what it would cost to pack a box; he pointed to the various sizes and prices and said all bubble wrap, etc. was included in the price. Okay. He then saw that I was looking to pack about a dozen bottles of wine and retorted, "we dont do that. Go to Beltramos tomorrow." "Im not looking for you to ship it," I said. "Im checking it as luggage on a plane, which is perfectly legal, and Im flying out tonight." He stared blankly at me. "Well, youll have to buy bubble wrap," he said, while pointing to a very large roll of it, "because we dont have enough for you." I reminded him that just moments before hed said that all packaging material was included in the packing price. He stared at me blankly and said, "Ill have to check with my manger" (whose name, I believe, was Lisa). She said it would be fine, even though the worker continued to appear perplexed. But then the worker refused to pack my box anyway. So I started putting the cardboard together myself, and he reluctantly cut a small piece of bubble wrap for me. When I said I would need more, he retorted, "thats all I can give you." "Really?" I asked. "Again, you said packing materials were included, and your boss just said it was okay." He then cut a piece that literally was no more than 8 inches wide. Ugh. When it came to sealing up the box, I, of course, had to do it again myself. I asked, "there is no minimum on the amount of tape I can use, right?!" "No," he said. So I used several strips from a partial roll of tape to seal the box, and when it ran out just before I was done, I asked for some more. "Thats all," he said, "were out. Thats all you get!" His attitude clearly conveyed his feelings: "I hate you. Go away. I hate this job, so Im going to take it out on you." Unbelievable. Despite my bubbling anger, I gave him no attitude myself and did nothing to provoke hostility, despite the fact that he made my visit so difficult. I will never go to this FedEx Kinkos store again. (I will say that the man looked and sounded like he might suffer from a mental disorder. If thats true, I feel badly for him. But in that case, the store shouldnt put him on the front line with customers.)

Tried to print via there online printing thing, it will only do one at a time, so you have to select one doc at a time takes it took me 20mins to print out 10 docs of 1 page each. Then the printer was messing with a red error light and I asked one of them to help and all she would say is you just have to keep going into settings and push a few buttons for it to work. I said so this one is broken then, she then said no its not there is a just a problem with the machine...she tried to keep at the machine on top of that. I had to pull my usb out and leave as she still tired to get me to stay at the broken copier! OMG I wish companies would train people in customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had to ship a single sheet of paper. Waited 30 minutes in line for like 2 people before me. Then I was asked to write down my credit card number on their form. I chose not to. Then was told to use their self service station. took another 15 minutes to find my way through their website, tried both my cards which didnt work. There was only one guy busy packing stuff and refused to process this shipment. There was also another lady helping those who needed a print service but again did not help with my shipment and asked me to wait until the other guys is finished with his packing. After an hour of waiting I left for another FedEx.

I been using this location for years, both for printing and FedEx services, long before it was rebranded from Kinkos. FedEx service has generally been OK, not as good as a dedicated FedEx office (e..g Page Mill). Unfortunately, my most recent experience was terrible. Single staffer didnt know her business, couldnt explain anything, and worked *slooowly*. FedEx management does its customers a disservice to put unqualified staff at their counters. Fortunately, the Staples a few blocks south (700 El Camino Real #120) has better prices and better staff. From now on, my packages will ship UPS.

After being greeted by a grumpy "Do not talk to me- I am not even supposed to be here", the staffperson who did finally assist me muttered " F*** " when I asked for help scanning a document. I wanted it scanned/emailed & was more than happy to pay for assistance; I profusely appologized for taking up perhaps 2 minutes of her time, but in the end all I received was a $21.59 charge on my Visa and a sneered explanation that "we dont do that here- you gotta go do that yourself." This is NOT the place to go unless you LOVE abuse.

Customer service guy was very short and rude. I took a box and left, id rather carry my package back home than deal with him. He told me I couldnt ship in a large fedex box and that I needed to buy a different box. And he would speak in 1 word sentences and acted annoyed when I didnt understand what he was trying to tell me.

I have had to use this Fedex for the large engineer paper copy machine that they have. Although I agree that they are understaffed I have never had to wait long and the staff has always been helpful to me. Even going as far as to showing me how to use the machine and checking the quality before charging me.

Parking is horrible. The staff is consistently bad and not helpful. There is always a long wait even if there are only two people in line. I like FedEx office and use other locations. This is the closest to my work and cringe when Im forced to use it.

Go to UPS if you can. This particular location is pretty bad. It seems to take forever at this place. The staff is a bit frosty as well.
