I have been a loyal customer of Dutch bros. From the grand opening of there first store in the Wenatchee valley. The staff are very friendly and energetic. They all know my drinks and like anything there is a goof up now and then. But they always remake it right right there on the spot. All of the staff and the owner pride themselves on customer service. But they cant fix a problem if they arent told of it. For those of you complaining about your drink. You just need to speak up at the time it happens.

Love the coffee! No complaints there. But I am Having difficulties getting in touch with Dutch Bros! I live in lake Chelan and Ive been trying to call all day to find out if I may have left my debit card there! Any way to contact Dutch bros would be a great added service! When I call the numbers provided on google it just rings no one picks up and no voicemail is available! Thanks!

I asked for a iced white snickers 4 times and when i notice them making my drink with chocolate milk i asked why and got told unless u tell us different then we make it with chocolate milk. Well i thought i did tell u different when i said white snickers. So i took my drink and threw it away. This was the third time i have tried dutch brothers and third time i was disappointed.

On my over from the wet side to get a cup ocoffee from my favorite "Dutch Brothers" when ever we can find a Dutch Brothers makes our day. Sometimes a road trip and a ice cold Dutch Bros. Mocha is the only way. Looking forward to my Mocha on Thus. Please bring Dutch Brothers to Western Washington, not everyone is in love with Starbucks.....

Dutch bros is a staple of the Wenatchee valley. They have anything you would expect in a coffee stand then some. You cannot wrong with dutch bros! Do make sure you have a few spare minutes. The employees are extremely but the line tendes to get long like I said a staple of the Wenatchee vally.

Great coffee and a great staff, though they do sadly have a high turnover rate. The lines move fairly quickly and rarely do they mess up an order. They have people who walk the line of cars and take orders, so they are ready much quicker when you get to the window.

I absolutely love the team at Dutch Bros West! Ive been coming here almost every day for 2 years. They all know my drink, and the new people learn it fast! Needless to say the customer service, and the relationship with regulars is awesome.

Always friendly staff engaging with the customers. The menu has good stuff but pretty sweet for my taste, so I usually order something half sweet or that isnt on the menu like an iced vanilla breve.
