30 minutes waiting for drinks when there were only 2 people ahead of me?! Then when I asked them where my drink were they lost them and then another lady before me whom I though was just chilling asked about hers (she was there for 5 minutes before I came ) and they lost hers too. Got nothing for waiting 30 minutes only a well the computer did it and sorry! Yelp reviews say its happened before where tey lot the order and they have been given 2.5 stars, definitely will pay more attention to the star ratings from now on!

So bad i poured it out without drinking any. I asked for no whip cream and when she handed it to me huge pile of whip cream,So i asked her to please make another one and she stood in front of the drive thru window and poured it into another cup and said here you go .You could see all the whip cream completely miuxed up now instead of offering to make a new one most likely worse i just poured it out four bucks down the drain .Never will i go there again worse employees ever

If I ever owned a Starbucks or any brick and mortar business, I would tell my employees not take the first parking spots...leaving them for customers. I dont mind walking the few extra feet or yards, its just a common courtesy to your patrons. Its not just one employee, Ive seen a few park in the front spots, when 100 feet away, there are 20 open spots, everyday, all day. Maybe its the Starbucks mentality.

That customers service is good but not great. The wait in drive-thru is always 15 -20 min. I order a green tea and the color was off. They added alot water to it. Then when I mentioned about color off the girl looked puzzled like she doesnt know what I was talking about. I usually go to ming store and maybe should just stick with that.

I dont even come here often, but the partners welcome me by name EVERY. TIME. Even if its been months since Ive visited, at least 2 partners welcome me. (I visit another location frequently for work coffee runs, and they are far from welcoming, and nobody ever greets me or remembers my name.)

I am not sure how anyone could have messed this order up. BUT he did. My husband ordered a grande coffee. My husband was given a tall coffee. The next morning I open up my Starbucks app and I see that he charged me $8.90 for THE WRONG ORDER!! Ridiculous. I have called twice with no call back.

Although this Starbucks can be packed at peak hours they are efficient at getting your orders out. Drinks are always good and food is stocked well. The location is probably the best thing about this place. Outside seating is nice and is always on my way to work.

I came to this location I ordered 2 grande ice coffee and a regular coffee it was 12 dollars I asked the lady why it was so much she checked my order said sorry and charged me 11.50 I ask for receipt and find out they where lattes not ice coffees.

I love Starbucks but what can you say this Starbucks is a great location I generally use the drive-thru. Im really happy theres a new Starbucks app and they can scan my phone even with all my gift cards I can upload that I got for Christmas

Horrible Horrible Horrible this is the least efficient Starbucks I have ever visited. Never less than 20 min for my order even mobile order sent in 10 min out. Please retrain these staff.
