Over the past few years I have tried to support this Starbucks because I live in the area but, this is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Im well traveled because of my job and a coffee drinker, so I have been to way too many Starbucks to count. This local is by far the slowest location I have ever been to. I can drive down 99 to the Herndon location and get my order in less time than it takes dealing with the trash running this location.

There was no one in line and it still took 10 minutes before someone took my order. I made eye contact with several baristas and still no one bothered to say anything to me or acknowledge me. Then they made my drink wrong. They did remake it and I understand that mistakes happen or employees can become task oriented but it felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff. There was no one in the store and it took me 25 minutes to get in and out.

I dont go to Starbucks for their beverages because I am not basic nor white nor a girl. The only reason I go to Starbucks is to use their bathrooms because they are usually pretty clean. This Starbucks has the scrungiest bathroom Ive ever seen in a Starbucks. The floor was dirty, it smelled bad and it looked like it hadnt been cleaned for a week. To say the least, my bathroom experience was unoleasant. :(

I go in after work and after school. I go to study and do homework. Its not quiet music is a bit to loud that makes people talk louder. But I have ear plugs so no big deal. But I do love the cleanliness of the place friendly employees. I see lots of people there for the WiFi and not buying anything but I see how they are not frowned upon everyone is welcomed. Love my Starbucks!

Ordered a grande white mocha cookie crumble with no whip and extra Carmel. they added the whip by accident, which wasnt a big deal for me.. But they gave me a complimentary hot chocolate for the mistake. bumped it up a star, nice music great environment and delicious drinks all around

I went through the drivethrew and waited for 15 minutes and then the girl was dishonest and said they dont open until 6 which is not the truth because I go there at the same time almost everyday on my way to work
