this is my fav. place to study. not only is it close to the college, the staff is pleasant and fast. I forgot my wallet and there machine kept declining my Samsung pay (not uncommon, always works in drivethrough). Because Ive been a gold member for years, they comped my coffee. I really appreciate a company that treats there long time customers with such respect.

I love Starbucks, but not this one. Very rude customer service and my simple drink was made incorrectly. When I went back in (originally in drive thru) to have them fix it, there was a lot of eye rolling and comments. They remade the drink and although it tasted much better, they didnt even fill up the cup. Disappointed customer :(

I love coffee but when I purchase at this store on many occasion my coffee was served warm and not hot. They fail to stir my coffee so it is very sweet at the bottom of the cup. If I take it back for correction I get some attitude. Coffee is their specialty. They should train their workers to do it right!

Update ... answered their phone at noon. Young lady tried very hard to locate the Walker. Much appreciated! I believe I left something of value at this Starbucks. They do NOT answer their phone....even at midnight, 3 am, and 4 am which should be slow times. Very poor customer service. (Coffee was great)

24-hour Starbucks. You got to love that. Fresh Products good coffee friendly staff I wish they kept the milk area just a little bit cleaner because that would have pushed them up to a 5. Yes theres even outdoor seating and plenty of indoor seating as well.

A usual Starbucks experience. Nothing special, but compare to the other places around here, this one was the one least crowded. I just looked for a quick bite on my way throught and grabbed a sandwich and some coffee. Great and friendly staff.

Ive not noticed the loud machine sounds as much Like what can be found in other locations. Dont know if its different equipment or placement in the building. Either way, Its plesent and I have never felt like I was over staying my welcome.

Well, its a Starbucks. Snotty little brats who can barely conceal their contempt await anyone who is not snottier or, something. The coffee was unimpressive. The panini was good. The atmosphere; completely unoriginal. Id rather yawn.

I love Starbucks, every location seems to be consistent in service and in quality. I prefer to use local businesses, but not for the sake that they are local or they do business with me, but because they earn me as a consumer.

Fast friendly service and always have a nice strong iced coffee made. Dont worry about the long line it usually goes very fast. The parking lot is very busy so be careful and enter via the east entrance off of the side street.

They were quick in the drive through but asked if everything was there and told it was we pulled out. Got to the driveway and realized that it wasnt all there and had to go back and get a drink that got left on the counter.

I love coming here for one the music they have been playing is awesome..and its a little pit stop for people on there way through as well for locals and people watching and hearing where everyone is going or coming is a plus

Staff was pleasant -- just had coffee after stopping at the Arco gas station next door. Its great that this Starbucks is open 24/7. Its a great half-way stopping point between Northern California and Santa Barbara.

Small for a Starbucks, went mid day and hardly any seating. Drinks are always good and service was great as well, just would recommend there be more room for patrons to stay and sip coffee :)

My favorite Starbucks! Great staff, drink is correct. Need more product selection for the amount of customers. Busy Shop! Be prepared for congestion to park at busy times. But worth it.

This is a perfect place to stop and get a pick me up on my last stretch towards Salinas. Its always crazy-crowded and slow though. Never super friendly, but I keep stopping and hoping!
