This is such a wonderful find! Great location in uptown Vancouver, a nice variety of local products (in addition to some national brands), and the staff is awesome. Theyre friendly, knowledgeable, and they really listen to their customers. Its the kind of service you just dont find at bigger natural food chains, and Im proud to support a local business. P.S. They introduced me to the best gluten free bread Ive EVER HAD.

The kombucha on tap is the best kombucha Ive ever had! Especially the ginger. Picked up some of that, along with pear fennel today. Always interesting, delicious flavors. The supplements are priced well. The entire store is gluten free!

so nice to have a local owned shop downtown where we can get all our healthy good stuffs. tea, eggs, rice milk, vitamins and dog food to name a few... the owner is super friendly and quite knowledgeable!

Great selection of kombucha on tap - come fill a growler with your favorite! They hold classes on how to make your own as well. Extremely friendly staff and a good selection of natural foods.
