I am happy that the staff took my complaint seriously. So sorry the owner didnt. Nobody wants to go grocery shopping and watch a worker act like a twelve year old. She was loudly flirting with other employees, blocking the aisle, and kicking other coworkers in the butt. Just not appropriate. I cut my shopping short. Finished at Fred Meyers , employees behave professional.

I have shopping at grocery outlet for many years. and it is great how they have only improved with time. more and more name brands at the lowest prices in town. have had defective item now and then (just like Ive had at freddys or safeway) but have been given full refund with a smile.. The store is clean, they have had the same staff for years. must be doing something right don

I am very excited with how much organic food grocery outlet offers now but I would also like to see more! They also could do for a remodel cause the place has seen better days Im sure! Bottom line is you cant beat the awesome prices here which trumps any aesthetic flaws. Also they have good customer service and their cashiers are quick! Love that they do stamp cards now too.

Prices are usually more or equal to sale prices at other grocery chains. Not much of a bargain. Buildings are usually old and a bit smelly. And, most of the food is expired or near expiration, but prices remain near retail. Not much deals here. Go to Winco

I live in Fl and when I came back to Oregon city & went shopping I was quite surprised at the changes to the store. Bargains r still good but items that used to be available in the market R no longer there & not the same & I am disappointed.

Kept up well. Most staff are nice and helpful. Bad about putting the right prices on stuff and often put a much lower price on and item and will ring up higher which will only be fixed of you catch them. Good deals if you can find them.

Lots of stuff you just dont see at your typical grocery store and the stuff you need for dinner tonight is less expensive and just as good. You need snacks for your kids lunch or your lunch or midnight they are all here.

They need to keep their website up to date. For example today, online it says they are open from 8am to 9pm. No, they are closing at 7pm. Just saying is all.
