Hit or miss on the customer service. One employee may have your answer but is rude. The next employee will go out of his way to accommodate your need. Some times you just cant find anyone to help. I have always left the store with what I needed. This is the only place I have found that sells CLARK BARS (candy). The only other place I know is Cracker Barrel and those dont exist in Washington. They carry numerous hard to find treats such as Dots on paper, wax candies with juice inside....check them out near the shelving in front of the tellers. The gentlemen who work outside and load your lawn products in your vehicle are amazing and awesome compliment them to the boss if they treat you right. They have been very nice to me.

called too find out if they a 6 foot down rod for a ceiling fan and was on for 20 minuts and then they was disconnected called back and was on hold again the ladie went to look and as she put me on hold, she hung up on me again and now the have me on hold again for the last 10 minutes - they are no help on the phones, no one seems to be of help.

Very unprofessional staff. Set up a contractors/reseller account with them twice now, first time they "lost" my reseller. Ok stuff happens. Set up the account again, this time customer service rep said she will personally fax my info to their main office.. well 3 weeks later they "lost" my reseller. Shocker. Keep up the good work McLendon!

I am set at ease when shopping here. The employees are so courteous, knowledgeable, and patient! I dont have a clue what Im doing half the time and they inform me and set me up with the proper tools. I will absolutely keep coming here.

I love this McLendons store! There is always a knowledgeable person there to help, and teach you with all of your projects. I never have to hunt for someone to help me. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help!
