Very very poor. The staff is good, owner is terrible. I ordered 10 spools of wire from one of the employees who filled out a rain check document. He stated that is how they do orders. He confirmed with another person what the price would be and when it would arrive. Then he took down my information and said they would call Tuesday when it came in as that is when deliveries were received. Its now Friday and I called them. They insist no such order was ever placed by me. The owner, at least he identified himself as the manager owner and said "its my store" went on and on that no such order had been placed. He was not willing to make the order, just continued telling me that no order was ever placed, no employee had taken any order from any customer and it was not at his store. He became quite rude. I can not believe he did not want to make a sale. This was not a $3 or $10 sale, this was about $200. Wow, I guess they do not need our money, certainly not our business. I will be happy to drive to the Ace hardware store 6 miles away in future instead of walking to this one 9 blocks away from my home. I would be dis pleased if it were an employee with that sort of attitude but the owner? Wow, that states a lot about how much he cares about his customers. I will not be back. I do not have to be treated poorly when i want to spend money.

This is the awesome little neighborhood hardware store that every neighborhood wishes it had. The staff are very helpful, (borderline on pestering, actually! Haha), and Ive never had to wait more than a minute to get to the cashier. In and out quick. Well, that is, if you can keep from browsing, because its amazing the amount and variety of stuff thats in there! Its a well-stocked little place. The prices are of course a little bit higher than the big boxes, but not by to much. And Id MUCH RATHER give my money to the little local store anyway, so Im good with it.

This is exactly the model of a neighborhood store. The staff stays pretty constant, so they get to know you if youre a regular, and since I have a fixer-upper I am pretty regular! They are always willing to help with anything you need, or are willing to let you just browse when youre not quite sure exactly what you need and just need to figure it out for yourself. I love this place. Whenever possible, I go here instead of even thinking of going to a "big box" place, although you cant get everything here.

The Westmoreland Truvalue is actually one of the things that make me love my neighborhood. A harware store that I can walk into and someone is always right there to ask what Im looking for. 99times out of 100 I get it in a few minutes. What a great place and what a loss to people who have to go to big box stores when they need something.

The best hardware store in town! Customer service is always top notch. Often, someone is waiting as you enter the front door to help you find what you need. Its a deceptively small-looking store, as Ive never had them not have what I need. They are always happy to hear about and help me with any project Im working on.

I have lived in this neighborhood for a long time a my family has found this hardware store to be one of the best. Their staff is kind and knowledgeable. The selection has every type of tool, but they dont very many varieties, but who really needs to look at 500 different types of hoes theyre all the same.

The Westmoreland Ace store are a very helpful and friendly bunch. For such a small store they have just about everything I need. Plus they are always willing to help and guide me with my DIY adventures. They easily go toe-to-toe with the big box hardware stores and win in my opinion.

I have been repeatedly surprised by their selection of products, their prompt & helpful service, and their very reasonable prices. They beat out the big box stores in many ways, and you should always check with them before making the long drive across town.

Miss hometown/local business quality service? Go here! Im in a wheelchair and these are kindest, most helpful people. Breaks my heart if I have to go somewhere else. They are smaller than the mega mart.
