Terrible customer service. I have been a regular customer here for a year and a half now (I go multiple times a week and have spent a lot of money over time here), and I went in today to get some cold medication. I had left my debit card at home on accident, and was only $1 short in cash for the medication. I asked the clerk if there could be any kind of discount exception, and I would even return tomorrow to pay the $1. I was clearly sick and struggling, and said I was stuck at work all day otherwise I would go back home and get my debit card. The clerk just stared at me and refused to help me. I just couldnt help but be appalled by the lack of humanity. I understand that it would be a special circumstance, but I felt like $1 wasnt worth letting a regular customer leave so upset and embarrassed. This is no way to treat a regular customer.

Store is great, good merchandise, service is quick. But there were a bunch of Asian girls hanging in the store. One walked up a sprayed perfume at me while I was bent over looking for a garage of raspberry jam. A lot of racist people in the neighborhood. Her friend hit me again on the way out like I had been maced That sucked!

Honestly if you are looking for personal service in Seattle try Bartell Drugs Boren pharmacy and compounding. They are extremely accommodating, and can formulate solutions based on your specific needs. The people there are such kind people and I think thats what puts them over the top.

Good store, pretty much everything you could think of is there except groceries which is not the point of the store ! Employees were unhelpfull finding a specific article that I actually managed to find myself after some perseverence...

Always friendly, and always have what i want. A local business that leaves every other drug store wanting! I only shop bartells! I believe we need to keep local businesses strong, and Bartells makes it a pleasure!!

This isnt my regular pharmacy but it is close to my physicians office. When I do have my prescription filled here it is ready in 15-20 minutes. They are fast and accurate!
