I have shopped at the Broadway Bartell for many years and never had a problem other than their not carrying enough of the store brand cough drops.I decided to try the rainier ave store because it is several miles closer to my home. I found it to be a stressful experience not worth repeating. the employees I dealt with treated me as if I were trying to pull some sort of a scam on them and despite repeated request for them to speak up, continued to mumble.l WILL NOT RETURN

Horrible! I spent 2 months trying to get my prescription filled thats vital to keep my syndrome under control, only to find out from pharmacist Dominic, that their manufacturer didnt supply it! Oh, whoops, sorry! They put my health at risk by their do nothing attitude, they dont care about you or your health! Could have cared less about the circumstances they created, endangering my health. Dont go! I wish I could have left zero stars, theyre zero heros for sure!

Every Bartells Ive shopped at has been clean and easy to find what you need. While Im not a huge fan of the location of this one, I cant complain otherwise. The staff is very helpful here, especially with printing photos
