I happened to visit Bartell Drugs Broadway store to take photo specific to Canada visa. The photo specification was non standard and that is when Michael (store manager) offered to help. He went all the way to work on the specification and helped us in getting the pictures. Michael is a perfectionist and without him, this would not have been possible. Thank you Michael. Appreciate your help.

I am a paying customer and I asked if I could use the restroom first and they told me "No" and told me that its not a public restroom. I explained to them that I will shop as soon as I use the restroom and their next excuse is that the restroom is closed already even though theyre open until 11. It doesnt make sense to close the restroom 3 hours before closing time.

I have been shopping here since 1999 and this store is always exceptionally clean and prim. Its rare to see everything arranged perfectly and the floors super polished, but this pharmacy / grocery pulls it off consistently. The staff is cordial and professional.

Well stocked pharmacy with easy parking - if you are entering through E Pike St , go up the stairs from QFC entrance. Only 1 counter was open on a Monday afternoon, given there was only about 7 customers in the store. Clean & well maintained store!
