This place is either understaffed orthe staff is not properly trained. First, there is always a long wait; every single time I was there, whether in-store or drive-thru. Second, there were many mistakes made on the prescriptions....and there were times they would fill prescriptions that I had not requested and was no longer taking. To add insult to injury, even trying to get a live ;body on the phone is impossible with waits of over half an jhour. There isno excuse forthis level of customer disservice! It NEEDS A COMPLETE OVERHAUL OF PERSONNEL. after putting up with this for too long I removed my prescriptions and my daughters and went to a pharmacy that is delightful to work with and even delivers.

What the heck has happened to Walgreens????? Absolutely the worst!!!!!!!!! And trust that Ive changed location(S)several times and now pretty much the same HORRIBLE Service at ALL nowadays!!!! Im changing pharmacys and encourage yall to do so also!!!!!

RUDE attitudes, they claim to verify information before giving a customer their medication.. but they gave my little brother his DADs high blood pressure medication because of failing to verify information. check your medication before you leave !!

Never enough staff in the Pharmacy. Everything takes forever, prescriptions are screwed up, no one answers the phone. To the powers that be at Walgreens, Inc: please hire more people for this location, and please train them!

yea the pharmacy is always understaffed and takes forever to get ur meds and they call you to tell you its ready and when you get there it isnt even ready and nobody answers the phone

Staff does not know the inventory, hung up during phone call, smoke right outside the front door, no bicycle racks... Possibly the worst shopping experience!
