I used to love this store but after my experience with the manager on duty and his disrespect for customers and lack of customer service I will never go back to this store. I over heard his degrading a customer with another employee. He stated he was the manager and he did not care what a customer wanted and he had the last word. Also, when we went to check out the cashier had to call this manager for a refund he left a customer to handle the issue and never returned to help her she got really upset. Also their pricing of items are wrong my husband was purchasing something and it was priced wrong the same manager said it was a different brand but it wasnt. It was the same brand that was on sale NEVER WILL I EVER SET FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN

My experience was acceptable. Not great. The store is small making it hard to carry everything that everyone might want in every price range. They chose the demographic of the average recreational player/athlete. If you want higher end equipment this is not the place to go. Pricing is a bit higher than I think it should be but just my opinion. Nice to still have a sports store in town.

This place is nice. The girl working the cash register hooked me and my wife up with fishing licenses after Walmart told us we would have to call and come back after their system processed us for it..... they were lying. Big 5 fixed us right up and I went fishing that afternoon. No luck there but at least it was legal.
