On May 27, 2014 at approximately 1:30 PM, I went to look at parts for my rifle. The salesperson explained the gunsmith was not in ( was helping someone move) and would be in at 4:00 PM the next day. We looked at a front site, gas block and other parts for my gun. The salesperson stated the gunsmith may be able to install my parts the next day while I waited (only take 15min). On May 28, 2014, at approximately 4:00 PM, I took my rifle to the store and I spoke with the gunsmith (John) about the parts and having them installed. The gun smith explained that he had other weapons ahead of mine and mine should be ready in two days, and he would call when it was ready. On Friday, May 30, 2014, I did not hear from The gunsmith. On Saturday,May 31, 2014, my wife called the store and the employee who answered did not know the status of my rifle. On June 3, 2014 at approximately 5:30 PM, I went to the store to check on the status of my rifle. The clerk said the gunsmith was at a meeting and my rifle was not done. I told the clerk I would take my rifle back, he asked if I wanted the parts. I told him I didnt, it was clear they didnt want the business. He said he was sorry, I left with my rifle. It seems it wasnt worth the trouble to call me and explain the delay. Customer service does not seem to be a value to this business. I was very disappointed. A phone call explaining the delay, could have went a long way. John called me the next day and apologized for not getting my rifle done, he had forgot completely about it. I took my rifle in and he showed me what he was doing and gave me some good tips on cleaning and maintenance of my rifle.

The lady working the laser cutter has no idea what she is doing. She couldnt even open my file without my help and has no understanding of the machine itself. I had to run home to get another type of dxf file for her outdated program which she refuses to update. Turns out she just had no idea how to load the file to begin with. Then she couldnt even setup the file properly. I had to go into the back and show her how to set up her own program. Things finally started cutting, came back an hour later to check up and she had apparently finished half of my project and then started working on another piece. Came back another hour later and what do you know, it was finished, and everyone was lazily wandering around. I got no phone call indicating the work was finished. There was nothing written on paper stating i had to pay such and such, only a conversation with the owner the day before stating it would cost at least $40. I refused to pay there actual asking price of $56 due to the fact that they wasted my morning, having me run around town for no reason, and the fact that i had to physically show this woman how to operate her own machine. When I confronted the owner about this, telling him the significantly poor customer service, he raised his voice, refused to believe his wife is incompetent, and stole all of my material saying " you see that $30,000 machine back there? yeah I did all the work" He refuses to take any responsibility and stole $30 worth of material from me. No one should EVER go into this shop, given the blatant disrespect I received today. Be warned.

DO NOT GO HERE. They were rude and they lied to me about thr prices over the phone. When i walked in no greeting, very negative vibe. Tried to engage cinvorsation and was shrugged off. They acted like it was mt privelege to be there. the prices were higher then was said over the phone so I could no longer afford the items so i said" sorry i cant get that". They asked why not i said i can get one for less expensive. He sarcastically gave me a thumbs up and yelled goodluck! Confused by his bad attitude I aksed him if he likes his job. saying "If i had your job everyday would be a dream come true, so why are you so mean to your customers?" he yelled at me saying he was busy and he been in the industry for 25 years and i dont know anything or what im talking about. Offended i no longer wanted to shop there i askked for a return. He said no returns! I left the store in disgust. Called back a few minutes later hoping to get a more cool headed person (who is the owner by the way )... Boy was I wrong! HE THREATENED ME WITH WEAPONS!! He said "I am the owner of a gun shop come back and see what happens to you!" I asked him directly are you threatening me ye said "YES!" again i asked him why he treats his customer like this i came in having a good day with a postive attitude and he just ruined my day. He said a "I dont care" then hung up. Im building an ar10 for fathers day present and just wanted to get some quality parts and some basic information. Not to get LIED TO, BERRATED, and eventually THREATENED WITH WEAPONS!!

I purchased a pistol from this company when at a gun show. I paid in full and was told that I could pick the pistol up at their shop when the back ground check process was completed. I was told it could take up to 6 weeks. After a month I called and was told they never even bothered to send it in. 2 weeks later I was notified that the back ground passed and to come pick up the pistol. When i arrived to pick up my pistol i expressed that I was very disappointed by the entire way my sale had been transacted to the sales man. The clerk apologized , but took no responsibility to refund me any bit of the cost because they had over 500 dollars of my money for 6 weeks. They never expressed and interest compensate me for my trouble or inconvenience to make it right. Just a heres you gun, have a good day. I will absolutely never do business with this company again !!

Worst experience as a customer in my life! I ordered a firearm online from a gun manufacturer. Did my homework, got answers, and executed my plan. I had the mfg sent my firearm to J and S and then all of a sudden their policies unofficially changed, at least specifically for me! I couldnt pick my firearm up unless it was between a specific time, was told either cash or check and when I showed up to pick up my firearm with a check, when they realized who I was, they made me leave and go get cash because they refused to accept a check from me all because I called him out on his lies and bull! That is discrimination! Thousands of dollars Im planning on spending over the next few months on firearms and accessories will be well spent some place else! No wonder the old manager left and started his own company and is naturally blowing the competition out of the water!

Amazing little store. Everything is clean and organized, there arent parts scattered around everywhere, the displays they had were nice, and the staff was very knowledgeable about their products and policies. I spent a good 30min-1hr there the other day to check it out since I just moved into the area, whenever I had a question they werent hesitant to answer any of them and they always dropped what they were doing to answer anything I had (unless they were dealing with another customer). Even though I was just checking out the place and had no plans to buy a rifle they let me check out anything on the wall they had and they werent pushy at all. Even though I live near Cabelas I would much rather give my money to this awesome little store instead. I would definitely recommend anyone this store.
