Poor service. I came in today to purchase a pellet gun so i could use it on these pesky critters that get into things at night. I stood at the counter while this young man named Conner was helping another customer with sunglasses. He never addressed me or even acknowledged my presence. Not even after he was done. He proceeded to put the glasses away and still ignored me. I said to him politely. Excuse me sir, Id like to look at one of these pellet guns please. He looked at me and said, Ill be with you in a minute. He poked around and what seemed to be forever, finally came over to me. He handed me the one i asked for. He seen me struggle to open it. Never tried to help or explain ANYTHING about it. So i figured forget it, my son can show me. So i asked Conner for the pellets to go with it. I get home and he sold me the wrong pellets!! He was rude, not friendly and obviously not very helpful.

Its a Big 5. Growing up, this place was the go-to because Kitsap Sports was overpriced. It fills a nice "discount sports store" niche in the area that was well appreciated. Purchased my first rifle here, a 1944 Mosin Nagant, about 9 years ago.

Updating from a 4 to a 5 as we have been many more times in the last 4mos and service has been really great. We sure appteciate that! Love the deals we find too, but customer service is my new fav!

Most of what you need at a decent price. Ive used it a few times when I needed something fast and they always have a few options. Think outside the box too and they likely have it.

Quick service, be sure to double check prices. I got a pair of shoes for my SO and when I got to the register, they rang up at $40, were supposed to be $17.
