Was looking at and trying on shoes for well over 15 minutes and no one acknowledged my presence. But the lady in the next aisle was asked like 5 times if she needed assistance by "busy" employees. They rushed off before I could even make eye contact or grab their attention. On top of that it seemed like all their shoes were in UK sizes. I think the Big 5 not even a block away at Coddingtown mall has much friendlier staff and a better selection of footwear.

Took in a return and the service was above courteous. The employee noticed we were having trouble finding the item we needed in a larger size and came over to direct us to the correct location. Then he facilitated the exchange even though the tags were torn off. Appreciated the great service!

Takes too many employees too long how to get something done like ringing up an item. They seem like they never sell fishing permits because they are so clueless on how to sell one. A decent amount of stuff here but not an all-in-one store for campers, hunters or fishermen

The worst customer service do not know how to help us with the soccer gear if youre going to have a sports store make sure you hire people that can help with youth sizes and what they should use

Its a bit cramped in the store. Run into things bad if u have a stroller. Employees were not friendly not even a hello how are you. Just total amount due. But hey they had great sales.

Not much to say. Its a Big 5. The few times I visited, I had to wait quite a while while staff members were chatting. Once I got someones attention, the service was fine.

Very nice inventory, a place to have some fun if youre looking to waste some time and act like a fool. Good selection of rifles, no CO2 refilling for Paintball players.
