Ordered a $235.00 Premium floral arrangement for Mothers Day for my Mom. She received an arrangement that was not fresh, roses drooped by the following day..........The arrangement should have been spectacular for the amount of money that I paid but was NOT at all. I went over to see it and was SO DISAPPOINTED. ( I ordered this through Teleflora and paid an extra $19.99 for their service fee) When I complained, Teleflora arranged to have them picked up but told me this would happen in 2 days time. What actually happened was that this florist went to pick them up sooner and claims that no one was home, but she was. Left a note. My Mom called this morning to arrange another pickup but was treated SO RUDELY by the owner that she was in tears. This was supposed to be a happy time and fabulous gift for my Mom but Flowers By Chi ruined it - I would never buy anything from them and that owner should learn some manners.

I cant speak to the other comments left here. My mother lives in Federal Way, not far from Flowers by Chi. I have been doing business with Chi for many years now. Ive never once had an issue. Whether it be a delivery or just dropping by the shop when Im in the area, theyve always been very friendly and helpful, but the biggest reward is the glow on my moms face, and how much joy and happiness she feels when she gets a surprise from Flowers by Chi. My mother will be 91 tomorrow (Oct. 26.) We really dont know how long shell be with us, but it makes me feel good to know that whenever I call Chi, I get a great deal, the delivery has always been timely, and it brings happiness to my mother. I love Flowers by Chi, and Ill never use anyone else.

This was so sad........I ordered flowers to be sent to my oldest friend on her 60th birthday. Not only did they never arrive, but when I spoke to this florist they were unwilling to accomodate my suggestion of a discount to make it right. They said it was a problem with their computer. Unfortunately, their "computer" problem and the lack of understanding regarding my disappointment made me never want to deal with them again. I choose to use Pacific Market and got great service. Too bad people do not know how to build relationships.

I placed an order for flowers for my girlfriend to be delivered on her birthday.... they show up 2 weeks early, making me look like an idiot. Youd think a company that specializes in floristry would make sure that "Happy Birthday" flowers at least show up on the right day....Then when I call about my concern, they keep telling me "The manager isnt in today, hell call you back soon" And Im still waiting for that call. Do not order flowers from these people.
