I thought that Buds and Blooms was a cute name plus I drive by the store and see the big sign every time I drive down Meridian Blvd so I decided to try it out for a senior wrist corsage and boutonniere. I should have kept driving! They have an extremely tiny, cramped parking lot shared with a couple other shops in a very old building. When I went inside the store it was so cluttered with mess that I only had room to stand at the counter with my daughter by my side. Every spot was covered in clutter and mess. It didnt look like they ever clean up after putting together an arrangement but just throw it all on the floor or leave it on the counter. There were no less than FIVE ladies standing around behind the counter and not one greeted us when we came in but left us standing at the counter. Eventually a frazzled acting woman approached and kind of rolled her eyes at the mention of ordering a corsage and boutonniere. She volunteered no information or assistance of any kind on the design, colors, ribbons, etc. When I asked about the wrist band types and colors she grabbed this wad of silver stretch ribbon out of a basket with other notions and threw it on the counter and said, "thats it". The pictures they use are very pretty and creative with nice flowers but she said they dont use the roses in the photos. What she pulled out of the cooler as her example were shrunken examples of the pictures I saw. The roses she showed me looked so small that they appeared a cheap imitation of the real thing. She offered nothing else and said they only use the mini roses but the roses she showed me didnt look mini they look malnourished! It was obvious she didnt want our business so we left without ordering. It looks like they are trying to pass off flowers that are not quality as flowers that are quality and charging top dollar for it. We went to Lady Bug and was treated well and received the boutonniere free for ordering the wristlet.

Absolutely phenomenal staff. I had an incident where the hospital lost the flowers I had delivered for an employee. The staff made multiple phone calls to various departments at the hospital to try to find the flowers to ensure they would be received by the intended recipient. When the flowers could not be found, they made another arrangement and were going to deliver it themselves. Ultimately the hospital called back and said they found the misplaced arrangement. I had a great experience with multiple staff members that understood how important this service was to me and they went way above and beyond what could have been expected when the issue was never their fault. I plan to continue to bring them my business for a long time and highly recommend them to anybody seeking a flower delivery service.

I wanted to cheer my best friend up with a flower delivery to her job. I searched for a flower shop in her town and found this one. The arrangements looked cute and were at a decent price compared to the east coast. She was very happy with the arrangement and it definitely helped brighten her day. I chose the "Teleflora Victorian Teacup Bouquet." I ordered it Friday morning at 6am eastern time. She received the flowers around 2pm her time. She sent me a photo of it and I was very impressed. I look forward to using this business again in the future for her birthday.

I give Buds and Blooms 4 stars only because Ive done business with them one time, but they took care of me exactly as I asked. I called in the early afternoon for a same day delivery, and they did it perfectly. I wasnt certain an order could be made and delivered so late in the day, but they did. I will look to use them again if I have a floral need.

Called to ask a particular question about their selection and they started laughing at me for not knowing how they run their business. Terrible condescending customer service. Everything seems exceedingly overpriced on their website as well. Unless youre an elitist stay away from this shop.

The best experience Ive had dealing with an out of town florist. The flowers were delivered when they said they would be and were gorgeous (my friend sent a picture so I could see them). They really went above and beyond what I asked for. Plus, the recipient loved them!

First off, I didnt give them the easiest order. I asked for a random red and white $60 bouquet to be delivered near them within two hours to my partners work- and they did, and it was fabulous! Thank you so much, guys! It was gorgeous and he was so incredibly surprised!

This place is great! I use them quite a few times throughout the month, and Im always very happy with the finished product. I recommend going into the shop or calling them, so they know exactly what you want.

For my first time ordering from them it wasnt the best....the arrangement didnt look like what I had ordered and the forgot the balloon I asked for and the recipient didnt get the card....not so happy:(

Pick up was suppose to be at 4 and order was made4 days prior and I showed up at 3:20 and it wasbt fine till 4:40 and the order wasnt correct
