These people went the extra mile! When I ordered a sympathy arrangement, I didnt realize the family had moved. Rachel at Terra Bella made multiple trips and inquiries. Thinking she must have finally given up, I didnt have the heart to request a refund. Imagine my surprise and pleasure when thank you note came for "the beautiful flowers"! This is another great reason to support a good neighborhood florist like Terra Bella. (Oh, and they were no more than the .com, which I did price.)

Nice arrangement, and beautiful fresh flowers. Bad communication and reconcilliation. I called in with a very strict price range. They ended up "accidentally" overcharging me, and even after the refund, they still charged me more than they quoted. I will not be calling again. Pretty flowers are easy to come by, good service is not. They could have easily added another $5 to my refund. "jessica" was the one that botched the payment, and would not comprimise on the price. Boo.

Had such a poor experience trying to send flowers the same day with these people. I called at 11:30 their time and they could not send one of their standard arrangements out until the next day, for delivery in the city. If you dont make their 10 AM delivery departure, you are out of luck for same day delivery. Also, the website says they open at 10 but they actually open at 9.

I bought a bouquet for my anniversary back in April. I had a general idea of the colors I wanted and a few flowers I wanted to include, but the women I worked with was able to put together something stunning with the few suggestions I gave her. It was perfect! He absolutely loved it. Later, we both enjoyed having a beautiful bouquet to go with our romantic dinner.

I love this place, the antidote to the outdated bouquet. Besides the more unusual and interesting flower and design choices, they often have a wide range of succulents and containers for living plants arrangements. So lucky to have them in my neighborhood. Reasonable delivery prices too.

A friend of mine from across the states had an arraignment sent to my job the other day and boy was it a surprise. I absolutely love flowers, but the arraignment itself was the best Id ever received. I cant stop looking and smelling it. It truly made my day! ;)
