I am so impressed with the service I received from Puget Sound Floral. I placed my order through their website, which was very easy to navigate. I loved that they had an option to order a stuffed animal, too, as the arrangement was for a mom in the hospital. Her little child will be comforted and like getting something, too, when he comes to visit. What was most impressive is that they sent me a picture of my arrangement, which looked EXACTLY like what I ordered online (in my experience this is not the norm) with the teddy bear tucked in the box by the flowers. I was so glad for the reassurance that my friend got what I paid for. Thanks for the excellent service, Puget Sound Floral. Your website is awesome!
