I ordered an edible arrangement, balloons, and a stuffed teddy bear for Valentines Day 2014. I ordered the day before in the morning, and got confirmation that it would be delivered the next day (valentines). Valentines day arrives, and no word from any delivery person. I wait around all day thinking its going to arrive at any minute. The web site says theyll deliver up to 9:00 pm on busy holidays. Okay, fine - so I wait and wait, and at 7 pm I decide to just check on the order. The woman informs me that it will be here in 30-45 minutes...okay...then 8:50 arrives and still no delivery. Again I call. Its "in transit" she says. Then I wait more and its 9:30, and still no sign of them. Frustrated, I call the corporate number and request a refund. The very nice customer service rep is very apologetic and doesnt understand why this location cant deliver. That makes two of us. She agreed to refund my $111 and I agree to never order from this Edible Arrangements location ever again - and maybe not any other one either. Do yourself a favor and research this company on Yelp - Im not the only one to be burned by these guys. At least Im getting a refund (I hope). And now, the day after Valentines, theres no call from the store, no apology...nothing. Just silence.

I ordered an edible arrangement from this store yesterday for a friend. The arrangement I ordered was supposed to come with a teddy bear and a balloon. When my friend got the arrangement and sent me a picture to say thank you there was no balloon or teddy bear. I called the store in the morning and complained that there was no teddy bear or balloon with the order. They were extrememly rude and unhelpful. All I asked was that they refund me $19 of my $58 purchase for the teddy bear and balloon because that is the price for them on the website. If I knew I would not receive all that I payed for I would have just bought the cheapest $35 arrangement. I called corporate and they were very helpful in helping me file a complaint and hopefully receiving my $19 back- otherwise I will be desputing it with my credit card company. I would highly suggest finding another store to order arrangements from.

Failed to deliver on time and for three days after that. But I revised my initial one star review to three because when my mother finally got her chocolate covered strawberries a day and a half after mothers day (four days late) she RAVED about how great they were AND they gave her a double order, I guess to make up for the delivery mess ups. Our Edible Arrangements here in Las Vegas is really good, so I was very disappointed about the multiple failed deliveries. They kept insisting that they left notes on the door and voicemail messages, but honestly, THEY DID NOT!

Driver delivered the arrangement AFTER 5:00 on the Thursday, when my client had already gone home for the day, and she works from home on Fridays. VERY unhappy with the delivery process -- why wait until the very end of the day when delivering to a business???
