Since 1966 Ive shopped other area florists, and have always come back to Crystals, because their arrangements are to my taste, willingly custom-designed for me, and are fuller and fresher and last longer. The only time the arrangement wasnt quite what I ordered was placed through Crystal for tele flora delivery in another state and the fault of that other florist.

Purchased flowers today and I was disappointed. The flowers were cut too short and was not what I paid for! I normally buy online or visit the store. Today I visited and hand picked the flowers but when they came it was not what I paid for. The delivery person seemed unconcerned and after calling the shop, they were unapologetic. I will switch stores.
