Ordered flowered from 1 800 flowers and this is the florist that made and delivered them. Most of the flowers were dead the next day! Called 1 800 flowers back to let them know and they said new ones would be delivered the next day.......nothing came. Called again and they said Lund Floral wanted me to bring them the flowers back. Sorry it's out of my way and it's not my fault they died the next day. I also ordered a "large" size which should have been 14x14x14 it was less than 10x10x10. 1 800 flowers are resending the flowers from a different florist now. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH LUND FLORAL, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OBVIOUSLY NOT FRESH FLOWERS!

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! BEST SERVICE!!! Julia and the delivery driver went out of their way to help me. Ill never forget! This kind of service is so rare these days. Late on Saturday afternoon, I decided to send balloons to my granddaughter for her 8th birthday. Florists were closing or had sent out their last deliveries for the day, including Lund. They asked if I could pick them up, but I was calling from the Midwest. The address was out of the way for Lund, but they made an exception for us so that our granddaughter could receive her balloons on her birthday. THANK YOU!!!!

It started out not so great. Ordered flowers for my wife and within 2-3 days the arrangement was dead for the most part even with proper watering. After contacting the store via email, I received a call from the manager and a replacement arrangement was sent out for free. The second arrangement is quite lovely and has lasted longer than the first arrangement. Thank you for correcting this and the customer service was awesome.
