Very disappointed with my Valentines order from this place. I preordered flowers for the day at 9:30am. When I arrived, there was a long line, which is expected for these holidays. I checked with one of the employees and they informed me that I should go to the front to pick the flowers up. When I went up, the older lady told me to wait in the back of the line. After waiting behind other people who were picking out flowers for 30 minutes, I then was handed my already made flowers that were sitting in the back that took a 5 seconds to retrieve. If I cant even rely on saving time by scheduling a pickup date beforehand, then they wont be getting any additional business from me. Edit: The only reason Im giving two stars is because the flowers themselves were put together well.

had a very pleasant experience with Flowers of the Valley. decided this morning to order flowers for my grandmothers birthday for same day delivery....Guy was very friendly and organized....even sent me a photo of the flowers so i saw how they looked like before it got delivered. arrangement was beautiful, just as i described to Anna, the florist designer. I received an email confirmation of the delivery and the whole process ran very smoothly. would definitely use them again!

Mr got our Anniversary flowers here. He was able to choose his own arrangement & the girl helping wrapped up his selections very pretty-pretty Only downer was they didnt stay fresh for very long. Had to throw them out after 4 days & I usually can get a week or bit longer out of arrangements from other places Would still come here again - closest local shop for us & the ability to make up our own arrangements has got to make us fans

My friends from NYC sent me flowers from this shop to my work and they were the most beautiful bouquet Ive ever received. Not only was the arrangement breathtaking, the flowers were so fresh they lasted almost three weeks! I highly recommend this florist and just wish they had a website.
