This was a very disappointing experience all in all. I ordered flowers for Valentines Day, well in advance to make sure there would be no problem. I called the shop today to confirm everything was in order, and was told my order was outright forgotten. They did manage to throw an arrangement together and deliver it today, but its unacceptable that the order was forgotten in the first place. Further, the arrangement showed clear signs of being rushed and lackluster, with a huge majority of the flowers only buds, and still others beginning to wilt and turn brown - besides that, it looked less than half the size of the bouquet advertised. My girlfriend had to remain on standby in a 12 hour delivery window, giving up her plans in the process, and it took over 6 hours to deliver after I had called. When the bouquet was finally delivered, the deliveryman made no attempt to actually knock, and just left it on her doorstep, despite her being home and listening out for a delivery. He then lied to the owner, who called me to say he delivered them hours prior to when they actually showed up... Absolutely not the case, as my girlfriend had been regularly checking her door all day. I definitely do not feel like I got my moneys worth, and will now be further inconvenienced trying to address this disappointing experience.

Definitely NOT worth the money spent. Called the store and placed an order for delivery over the phone. When I mentioned a budget of $50 they mentioned that $50 would not go far and suggested a $65 bouquet. Then they charged another $20 on top of that for delivery in the same neighborhood. The end result was an $85 dollar charge for 5 roses, 3 Gerber daisies and 2 sunflower daisies. When I called the store to express my disappointment with the "value", or lack thereof, I was told..."you got what you paid for" with absolutely no concern with regards to customer satisfaction. We trusted this business to give us a fair deal for our money and they simply fell quite a bit short of that. I would not recommend ordering from this business without first seeing what you are getting for you dollar. I feel we were ripped off!!

Stopped in to the Northgate Rose Garden. I asked how much items were and she quoted me over the amount for items. I needed flowers and didnt want to run around so I bought 2 bunches of flowers. One was nicely put together and the other they left in the clear paper. I thought that to be strange considering they were tulips and she charged too much for the bunch. I found out why she did not gather them...I got to the cemetary and ALL of the tulips broke off at 4" below the bloom. I was so disappointed. I have been here before and swore I would not use them again...my fault. I ended up at the local Albertsons and paid 1/2 the price for beautiful flowers that lasted over an entire week. Convenience is not always the best choice. Definitely not in my case.

I was very impressed with the service and quality I received from Rosegarden florists. I ordered a large bouquet for my husbands memorial service. The bouquet was beautifully arranged and delivered at the time requested. I would use this florist again.

Very timely delivery. My order didnt print correctly unfortunately, but the shop called me quickly and confirmed the delivery address. Big, fresh flowers too. If I order flowers again (likely), theyll be from the Rosegarden.
