Ive purchased a few pairs of glasses here throughout the years and havent had too much trouble. When it came time for my son to get his first pair of glasses we went here for the convenience. After waiting 4 weeks we stopped in to see why they hadnt called us to let us know his glasses were done. Surely, they had to be done by now, right? I mean Pearl Vision gets them done same day. A local clinic gets them to me within a week. Nope. They couldnt find them and had no answers. The woman just kept asking, are you sure they arent contacts? Um, yeah...we were in here for an hour looking for just the right frames, and Ive told you four different times now they were glasses. They had already billed insurance and received payment. My son has finals but no glasses. I will NEVER go to a VISTA optical ever again. If we hadnt already used our hardware allowance on our insurance I would go somewhere else. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE.

After buying my glasses there for years and not having a problem, I bought two pairs of glasses in April 2015. Instantly the pair I was wearing had a lens fall out. I screwed it back but it kept falling back out. I went to the 2nd pair. Same problem but with both the left and right lens. These two pair of glasses have made me have to screw the lenses in every two days at first and now at least 1 time a day if Im lucky. Vista Optical needs to upgrade the quality of their glasses. In the past with glasses, lenses would fall out once in a while but never chronically. I will never buy from Vista Optical again because of the quality of these glasses. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone, in fact Id try to talk anyone out of it. The optometrist was nice and the people were nice but the glasses are terrible.
