I would like to start right off by saying that as a customer anywhere, I have never had a better overall customer service experience in my life. It was not fake, or overly friendly. From the receptionists, to the doctors and the helpful young man and manager, they took their time with me, and showed me many different styles. They werent interested in taking advantage of someone with special needs and circumstances. Everytime in the 40+ years I have needed glasses, I remember those times being as mentally draining as car shopping. There was NO PRESSURE to add on more expensive or additional items, but I also did not feel left with no help. As someone who spent many of my years directly dealing with customers face to face, I can quickly tell the difference between overly fake niceness, and the want and pride of being genuine. And, even though I thought I had had an appointment (my mistake) they made me feel welcome, and not a hassle. It was my 1st eye exam in at least 4 years. I am sorry I dont remember your/their names, but Im sure they know who they are. They made a sudden and major hassle in my life something that Ill remember with a smile. And as someone who still tells others about superior customer experiences Ive had from the 80s when recommending somewhere/thing (and sadly there hasnt been that many) Ill definitely still be telling others about this one for years to come. THANK YOU Lynnwood LensCrafters! I, my family and friends will be back.

I am new to the area and wasnt quite sure where to go for a quality eye exam. I had always heard good things about Lens Crafters, so I made an appointment. From the moment I entered their store I was treated very coldly. The receptionist was very short with her words, and had a smug demeanor. I was seen by Dr. Thompson, who rushed through the exam as quickly as possible. As I was checking out, she stood beside me to make sure my card went through, then wished me a nice day and excused herself. I called back a few weeks later because I wanted to change the brand of my contacts, and was told I had to come back in and be reevaluated (with another exam fee), just to change the brand name of the contacts. I didnt want a different prescription, just to change the brand. This place does not care about the patient, only the profit. I have since switched to Mercer Island Eyeworks, and they are caring, compassionate, and reasonably priced!

I am from out of town and lost my glasses. I had a spare set that was an old prescription but it was time for an eye exam anyway. I found this LensCrafters, but after reading the other two reviews I was nearly discouraged from making an appointment. I decided it is in my best interest to give it a shot, and they were able to work me in with short notice. I saw Dr. Sea who was very courteous, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer questions and get my vision dialed in as clear as possible. This was the best eye exam I have ever had! Next I had to pick out glasses. The staff was right with me to help find frames. I talked with multiple people to help fine tune my decision. Two hours later I had two pairs of glasses that I am extremely happy with. I highly recommend this LensCrafters!

Yes very expensive but a year ago to get glasses for my son it was the best option for selection. Called today to make appointment for a warranty lens replacement, just that, (he sees a different dr that insurance covers,) they just have no kids selection or sportsvwear. The ladies on the phones were complete idiots, I explained to them both that he was seeing his doctor and coming to them for lens replacement. Repeatedly they kept telling me he needed to see a dr for new prescription. Which he is, they could not wrap their miniscule minds around the fact that he only needs a warranty replacement. Then after all this they tell me they dont see children in their doctors office. Idiots

My son and I got his first pair of glasses here. We came in with medium expectations of customer service and were pleasantly surprised. They took the time to listen to our needs, helped us stick within our budget, had pur glasses ready in an hour, and gave him a little lesson on cleaning his glasses. Cost was comparable to a high end glasses store as they only carry name brands, that said they helpfully told us about a promotion that gave a larger discount to us that our insurance costs which saved us.

Lenscrafters has always promoted that if you bought your glasses from them, they will adjust your glasses for free for as long as you own those glasses. THAT IS A BIG FAT LIE! Last Wednesday, I went in to have my glasses adjusted. The optician told me that before she does it, I will need to release her of the responsibility should the she damage or break the glasses while performing the adjustment. WHY WOULD I LET A SUPPOSED PROFESSIONAL OFF THE HOOK FOR BREAKING MY GLASSES THAT COST A FORTUNE?

Very bad customer Service at this location. Walked in and the first thing the guy asked me is, I want to check if you have insurance to start with. And then when I presented the insurance, he tells me all the things that are not covered in my insurance. I get it, but why not let me feel comfortable when I walk in to your store and then talk me into your offering. I felt he did not want to get business / money from me. He is willing letting go off people to a different store. So I did.

The most expensive, even if you have insurance. Also the receptionists need to learn how to spell peoples names when answering the phones. Ive had to spell my 5 letter name 3 times slowly before the were able to write it down. Trying to have a prescription sent to a pharmacy is almost impossible. I gave up. My family and I will never use their services again.

I just got my son Joseph Ted first glasses from them today and I love all the employees here, friendly and very approachable. I only got one request from the headquarters of LensCrafters that they should start carrying Nike brand frames so I dont have to look around who carries them and then Ill be back to this location for my glasses replacement. Thanks

The optometrist was very polite and thorough. I walked in for an examination and had my prescription in about half an hour. Then I tried to buy my glasses and the sales staff ignored me for a solid 15 minutes. I left and will never return. Pro Tip: When people are trying to give you money you need to acknowledge their existence.

I left work early to make it on time to my eye appointment. Once I arrived I then had to wait +20 minutes, because the Dr. "went to lunch/break"? Really? If I were that late they would make me reschedule. My suggestion? Pick another eye doctor who wont disrespect your time.

Good service, I like it more than Walmart because they treat me better here. It feels like more of a specialty store and not just another thing that they do.

Provided my insurance details when I booked my appointment, they waited till I showed up to tell me they wouldnt take either of my plans.
