I have had to come back numerous times because they cannot seem to give correct times for when your purchases arrive. They continually say your glasses will be ready soon, but have no dates to determine the arrival. The service is poor and they pretend they have done nothing wrong. Its been over a month and I still have not received the correct pair of glasses. The first time I was there, my glasses we in horrible condition, so they had to replace them. Im shocked that they wanted to give me a pair of glasses I paid $300 for that were in bad shape. I am still waiting for my glasses and Id advise you not to go here.

Showed up an hour and half b4 my appt hoping to be seen early, but was not. It was fine tho. Office was welcoming & clean. Once i saw the dr he was able to do what no other optometrist has.... Find me some lenses for MY eyes! Lol. It took a lot of time & patience, but it was really appreciated. I was finally able to see things clearly. Dr was Super cool and very informative. Definitely recommend this place. VERY reasonably priced too.

Came in here to get my first pair of reading glasses and man I didnt realize how expensive a simple pair of glasses cost. After discount and VSP, I still had out of pocket expense of $100, and this is just for a standard reading glasses. Costco one are three for $18, and granted the ones here I got them with extra thin lens, but for something I plan to wear on an as needed basis, it may have been overkill.

When I came in for new contacts, I was just a walk-in - no appointment, but the staff was able to squeeze me in, gave me the exam and the glaucoma test, too and had me on my way in less than an hour from when I walked in the door. I also had them fix some new lenses in my favorite glasses frames and they were able to get me a good price on that too.

I recently used these guys and came out very impressed. I need to have checkups very regularly because of my poor eyesight, and the staff here made me feel very welcome. I didnt have to wait more than ten minutes to see the optician, and the price for my new glasses was very affordable. Will be using them as my regular opticians from now on.
