As a Registered Nurse, small biz.owner, part-time instructor , and most importantly a mom. My son was diagnosed with kerotoconus 2 yrs ago, we have been to two other eye doctors, even went to downtown Madison for an evaluation, somehow nothing worked to my sons advantage (no improved vision), the contacts that were recommended by the other eye doctors simply did not help. I went in to have an eye exam at Visionaire for myself and met Dr.Randy Wong and Cami. Dr. Wong was professional, highly knowledgable and gave me good advice regarding my vision. Cami (tech) was helpful and friendly in helping with my insurance and picking out the perfect glasses for me, thats when I brought my son in to see Dr.Wong, I honestly have to say THANK YOU DR. WONG!!!! He can actually see in class, he is super happy about his improved vision and feels he has a new lease of life and promised his grades will improve(Im keeping my fingers cross). Dr.Wong you listened to his corncerns regarding his poor vision, and you took your time to help him, the glasses(lens) that you fitted him with are working out wonderfully. Thank you again Dr.Wong and Cami the frames are great and he looks so handsome. I highly recommend Visionaire and Dr. Wong.

Ive been to many eye doctors in my life, but Dr. Wong is the best one! He is very patient, and takes the time to explain things. Ive had appointments for both glasses, hard contacts, and soft contacts and every appointment was thorough and informative. He took the time to get to know my concerns and find the very best possible solution. I have a chronic dry eye condition that was further irritated by my hard contacts. He gave me several soft contacts to try out and let me choose the most comfortable one. In addition to that, I have astigmatism, and he took the time make sure my contacts fit correctly. I am very happy that I found an eye doctor that I can trust and will continue to bring my family to him.

Just returned from my first visit to Visionaire, and I would recommend that store to anyone. Kevin, the sales associate, was extremely helpful and knew the answers to all my questions. He helped me pick glasses that were on sale, and saved me 50 percent! Plus, they looked great. Super bonus: the store gives 20 percent discount for cash customers, which really adds up when you buy frames and lenses together. Also, the store guarantees its lenses for 2 years, which was about 2 years more than Sears guaranteed my last, very low-quality glasses. Shop locally. Shop at Visionaire.

I was unemployed for 14 months before starting a new job in July. Upon receiving my benefits, I needed to get contacts as soon as possible. I decided to try out Dr. Wongs Visionaire store in Edmonds. I was very impressed by how friendly he and his staff were. There were no big lines, and it was very quick. The contacts were shipped to me at no charge, and I received them within a week of ordering them after the eye exam. Dr. Wong is very professional and knowledgable. I highly recommend going to him for vision needs!

Dr. Randy Wong was on the list of providers for my insurance so.. tried him. I am so glad I did! My new glasses are wonderful and he worked at making sure I got the most for my coverage. He has a great sense of humor and is not only skilled, medically, but has great people skills as well! My son had decided against contact lenses and Dr. Wong presented the idea in a whole new way and VOILA! He left with contacts inserted in his eyes---He works magic--THANK YOU!

the location is very convenient (right next to 99 Ranch Market), Dr. Wong is super friendly, so is Kevin the owner. They helped me with my eye checkup, ordered my contact lenses for me and even helped me with my car trouble. Im not saying you should go to Dr. Wong when you have car trouble, but they are really really nice people, very professional as well. overall, very good experience.

Visionaire Eyecare is now the only place I will go for my eye care needs. DR. Wong is highly professional and thorough and makes me comfortable with the entire process. Even though I didnt need glasses Dr. Wong took time to check my eyes "the way a doctor should". I am really recommending Dr. Wong to anyone in need of glasses, contact lenses or just routine exams. Ive been Dr. Wongs patient for years now. I have had various eye docs before but none were as good as him. Hes very experience, thorough and patient. He keeps me in the loop of the exam results and also follows up with his prescription. My family, including our 3-year old toddler, had our eyes exam at Visionaire. I highly recommend him :)

After being Dr. Randy Wongs patient, I dont think I can go anywhere else. Visionaire Eyecare is a friendly environment for everyone to be in. They also care a lot about the well being of the patient, whether it is how comfortable the glasses or contacts fit to figuring out what prices best fit the patient.

Awesome customer service! Had my eye exam here- felt like I was in really good hands. Dr. Wong is very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns. Ended up getting my contacts and glasses here, too- great selection in frames. Friendly, upbeat staff and great atmosphere!

Everyone there is very friendly and you feel welcome when you go there. They do all that they can to make sure you get the frame you want and everything that you need.
