They really need to have more people working here! First person was going to help when I walked in, after she finished her phone call, then she was gone 5mins later and disappeared, had to ask someone else to answer question, and he was only answering quick questions... then when I found a pair I wanted I asked for help, went I found out those wont work I kept looking, then she left right after, helped someone else...then after the only other employee, finished helping her customer, she grabbed the next customer that just walked in the door...result I left...Ill try my luck in San Mateo one.

Poor quality glasses and poor service. I purchased a pair of glasses several months ago, and the coating ruin automatically which definitely is a quality problem. But they say they cant do anything for me because I didnt purchased their protection plan. I have been wearing glasses for more than 25 years, this is the only one I complaim the quality.
